TIME TO OPEN UP THE CAN OF 4AGE 20V WORMS !!!

TIME TO TAKE APART THE 4AGE AND FIND THE ROUTE CAUSE TO THE BLOWN HEAD GASKET ... MY INTENTIONS WERE TO DROP THE MOTOR I HAVE SITING HERE AT HOME WHICH IS 4AGZE BUT I DECIDED OTHERWISE AND WANT TO FIX THE 4AGE 20V SINCE I NEVER HAD ANY SEAT TIME IN IT AS IT BROKE 20MIN AFTER THE DYNO!!

Usually, the head gasket isn't the root cause. Its a consequence, so check your cooling system. Otherwise they'll keep blowing.

Get a 7afe head gasket which is a steel headgasket or oem Boss but lekker video

because you replace your head gasket two month ago and you did a 1000km.
That happened only if your head gasket has blow or you did not lose the head bolts in sequence or did not tight it in the sequence and the four step torqued settings
In your case you must skim a cylinder head.
test your inlet and exhaust valves.
if your valves doed not seal you must reseat your valves.
if your cambox does not seal properly replace the cambox and the camshafts is bent replace it if the engineer shop cannot cut it.
sometimes is it cheaper to replace the camshafts before the engine shop cut it.
last if you do a compression test on the pistons and the compression is 10 percent less than the required in the user manually you must replace the oil and compression rings with the big ends bearings.

A straight on a clean block with 3 measuring positions should give you idea on the block straightess, but u know 4age blocks have moerse big scope compared to honda which give like 3-4 thou max forgiveness
