this movie looks sooooo disturbing i feel hesitant to watch it. body horror is one of the subgenres that actually truly scares me, most horror doesn't affect me like that, i still enjoy all kinds of horror but I'm always looking for that authentic feeling that stays with me.
which means that for me, it either takes that physical primal visceral fear of body horror...
or the psychological effects that come from the deeper layers of cosmic horror which explore the last frontier of experience for us desensitized fans.
and this movie looks like it combines both in the best ways! I'm honestly just as scared to watch this movie as i am excited.
