Thanks a lot for this very useful tips! I have a question. The front of Fossil fs-4631 has a few parts that represent the hours and the stopwatch hands have come off. How can they be put back? I opened the back cover, removed the crown, but the blue metal board to which the parts showing the watches are attached looks wider than the sidewall of the watch, I couldn't remove it. Does the glass in front of the watch have to come off for this? In short, what is the way to do this?

Same process, Pull out the crown to position 1 (the watch
continues to run).
Turn the crown until the correct date appears
Push the crown back into position 0

How to set 24 hrs hand

1. Pull out the crown to the 2nd Position.
2. Rotate the crown counter-clockwise (downward) to align the 12-Hour Hand and the Minute Hand to the center of the 24 at the top of the dial.
3. Push the crown back in to the Normal Crown Position.
