Watch a full tutorial as a 2012 Ford E-Series Van / Coachmen / RV will have a brand new NVX 6x8" coaxial speakers installed. These are the V-series model VSP68 speakers which will fit in the factory location.
This video applies to Ford E-Series models for years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. This video also includes door panel removal, speaker wiring, installation and testing.

Fords are great vehicles to work on for replacing the factory radios and speakers because the components are not only easy to access and remove, but the speakers are usually a universal size (6X8") and the radios are also easy to find drop-in replacements as well. :)

I changed out the front and back door speakers on my Ford Explorer I bought the baffle kit to deaden the sound it's supposed to make the bass sound better and also the treble but I tried to with the baffles and two without and I tell you the speakers that I install without the baffles bass better and sound louder the ones with the styrofoam baffles are more muffled just thought I'd let you know I went without the baffles sounds way better using the door as a speaker box

Is there a noticeable difference in these than stock, with no amp? I have a 2017 that looks exactly the same.

absolutely, even if only powered off the radio, factory speakers from that year have significantly broken down with wear and heat, so a new set makes a big difference.
