I cant stop watching. I was hoping he would start his own channel. Very well spoken....very proffesional.....and very interesting to watch. Love it!!!! Keep it up!!!
When we had these, we would crush up the oatmeal cookie and put it into the cobbler. We would also heat up the cobbler a bit with the pizza. It's alot better lukewarm with the cookie crumble.
Next time you try this MRE warm the cobbler up in the same frh (they both fit in the pouch perfectly) because it tastes way better when it's hot. Also combine the coffee, the creamer, the chocolate proteine powder and dip the oatmeal cookie in that delicious mixture. And save some of that jalapeno dip to put on the pizza because it improves it
From US Marine, to ACE Video cameo, to ACE Video partner, to having his own channel with 50k subs....what a dude! Glad to see you guys creating new ways to have fun together.
As always, loved the video. I liked seeing a newer MRE. I like how you provide a balance of new and old. Look forward to more stories. Keep it, me ancient!
great videos! Today's MREs are a huge improvement from back in the 80s/90s. I was in the US Army Infantry in 1991 and heaters were handed out separately and not included in the mre package. You were lucky to actually get your hands on a heater. I served in Korea and during field training exercises (FTX) in the fall/winter/early spring, you would have the mre (along w/ your M16) in your sleeping bag while you slept to keep it thawed out or you would have to figure out how to eat the frozen solid entree the next day. Many of us would trade our MREs to the old Korean lady with the soup tent for a hot bowl of ramen soup w/ slice of melted velveeta cheese. She always knew exactly the time ,place and training schedule! Keep up the great reviews!!!
This is awsome don't listen to anyone bad mouthing you.. thank you so much for your service! I personally enjoy some newer MRE'S, I know Steve is a big time person on CZcams about opening MRE'S but I can see this channel grow.. PLEASE keep doing these! It's awsome to see..! God bless and keep up the good content! And most of all stay safe!
Travis, you don't have to worry about me listening to detractors. My wife and I built and owned and operated a very successful business for over 34 years. During that time we had all kinds of detractors telling us what we could or should do and what we couldn't or shouldn't do. We just put blinders on and kept doing what we thought was right. This is a fun gig for me. No one or their comments will change that. As Ace and Micah say, "Haters gonna hate." That's their problem. Happiness is between the ears. I appreciate you watching the video, by the way!
@Me Ancient yayy I’m so happy for another video!! I was just thinking yesterday I wonder when there’s going to be a new one😃. And here it is! What an awesome video, cool seeing the new MRE and even more cool to see you own water container you used to use!! That was awesome, Love to see it🥰! Also haha so funny to see Ace now eating the MRE, now that it’s not decades old😂. Next time pick me I’ll come try one of the old ones with you! Cool seeing the pizza I wasn’t expecting that. Great video 🥰 keep em coming!! Also side note, my favorite saying “Time to cleanse the ol pallet” haha yess love it!! Can’t wait for the next video♥️😁
Lol, I definitely went "nooo" when you opened the pizza before heating. But, no worries, it's not any better when it's hot. The cheese won't melt, by design, at even 500° so your not missing out on that. Just an FYI. TFF means Trans fat free. Another fun vid, TY.
You remind me of my uncle so much. I really enjoy your content and videos! Thank you so much for everything you've done and everything you continue to do. 🙏🖤
I spent 10 yrs in the army and NEVER had a pepperoni Pizza MRE-- me and the boys would have fist fought over this in the field.......Man this is good eating
I love these releases) I always want to chew something and turn on the release, about these unhurried unpacking and conversations!)) One of the best channels, greetings from Russia
I was getting out when MRE pizza was getting issued. I always crumbled the cookie and crackers into the cobbler with sugar in the canteen cup and it tasted like pie, and drink the chocolate, it was pretty good, then I’d save the pizza if I was still hungry for on the move cuz I’d let it heat in my cargo pocket and by time it was done I’d be kinda hungry again. This was my favorite after the buffalo chicken. Buffalo chicken was the best. 3rd is maple sausage patty
MRE crackers and cheese spread was one of my favorites too. I remember times in the field where my teams breakfast chow had to be delivered to us from the fob a few miles away…by the time it got to us, it was a cold, nasty mess. MRE’s saved the day. And again, those crackers and cheese were my comfort food lol
This gives me fond memories of being a high schooler flying to Virginia for the summer to work on my uncles ranch. We’d go on hunting trips on his massive property and spend a night out there and we’d always have plenty of MREs with us since he’s a Marine Vietnam Veteran and would sometimes eat them just for fun lol. Great times. Love your and Aces Channels! 🙏🏼
That's cool! What a treat for a young person to be able to spend time on a ranch and eat MREs. Life wouldn't have gotten any better than that for me if I had had the opportunity. TFW!
What you have to do next time with the chocolate protein drink is pour a little amount of water in it to make it a chocolate pudding. It tastes way better when it’s thick like a pudding !
I was so dang excited to see the notification at the top of my phone. LOL I am watching this at work as I look around really careful to not get busted. 🤣 You are awesome and so informative. If you got this MRE back when you were in the Military, would your eyes popped out of the sockets? I doubt there was any trading off of anything on this one. Although I would have traded the cobbler for coffee. As always, THANK YOU FOR SERVING OUR COUNTRY! Sending much love and Prayers to your family from mine here in North Carolina!!! Oh and anyone that has read this long comment, share it so his channel can grow as it should be.

When I was quarantined at Camp Buehring in Kuwait, we were given MRE's for two meals a day. Definitely not spartan living, but I loved/hated this MRE. Take note guys, the sides are the tradable parts, and everything else is worthless. I couldn't trade shit with this thing.

Man this was a random stump across your channel and this brought back a lot of good memories eating those MREs with all my brothers. Miss bartering and trading the snacks and ranger bars for the good stuff in other MREs. Great times.
You put the heat pack (folded) into the bag everything came in. Then you place the food you want to be heated into the bag and fold the top of it the best you can. Lean the MRI on a rock, cup, something to keep it at an angle and in about 7-10 minutes you’ll have instantly warm food :)
