    CZcams algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... how much is cupping vs finger strength? either way, it's good to have. and i guess if u r keeping your knuckles pointing down, it's more on the fingers. also, have u been tracking any gains/losses over time etc? since u wanted to gain back some of what u had before too.

      I see it like this. Without finger strength, you’re susceptible to opened up in a cup. Without cupping strength, your wrist can get busted back. So by that logic it’s good to have both. I do keep track of my numbers on a dry erase board, but now I’m revamping my whole approach to the sport (keeping it simple, less is more)

    Good lift but a better test for finger strength is to use a pulley system with like a flat handle or wrist max , ultra grip stuff like that or the thing I made you
