Love that he is actually looking in the camera when talking - none of those stupid camera angles "let's film me from the side as I am staring at a different camera". And love that the background music is adjusted to be barely perceptive.

Yeah, specially the music 😄, I always wonder if CZcamsrs don't listen to their videos before uploading.

@@Unknowndang Don't get distracted - you have a job waiting for you!
I'm so glad you did this video! I'm 35 and started with very weak wrist joints (tendonitis very easily etc) and the past few months, I start every work out on my hands and feet, gently stretching fingers and wrists (and feet/ankles)
It's a must for anyone prone to wrist pain or strain. My rule is that my hands and wrists don't feel tight, and the popping noises have subsided, and then I'm ready to safely do a challenging workout.
Cheers 🩵✌️
It helps soooooo much when you do a few of these every single day at least 10 times each...💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻👋🏻👋🏻👍🏻
Thanks for everything Daniel!
The quality of your content is absolutely excellent Daniel.
I’ve been struggling with my wrists in the last few years, but I’m sure this will change now.
Thank you for your work and knowledge!
Can't believe you made an updated wrist guide! Perfect timing!
Gonna be coming back to this video over and over again, thank you Daniel!
this channel is goold.. No false expectations nor promises, just grind but with a more thoughtful mindset
Plus he's a smoke show and that accent!
Anyone have one wimpy wrist?
I got 2 of dem shits
Yep left is weak
Gotta switch it up homie
My right has been injured twice, I’m right dominant, and a very busy bee. Not using it isn’t going to work for how I live.
Thank you, Daniel. I’ve been warming up my wrists every time I’m doing calisthenics following the routine you shared with us in your ebook "Home Hero".
Thank you brother, I needed this since my wrists have been hurting from boxing and also doing my set of push-ups.
Pure gold! Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Hands down the best fitness & health channel on youtube 🙌
Insane timing this video! Thanks Daniel
This is why FitnessFAQs is the best. Absolutely gold content ✊
Timely! Gave it a try. Made all the difference, will make it a part of my routine. Thanks!

Always greats training advice. Always on point.
Thank you🙏🏽
GREAT video! Thanks!
I had pain lately while doing pushups. Doing this routine before the training completly eliminated the pain. Thank you.
Thank you. Great video
very good video bro keep it up thank you
This guy has the best information of all the youtube sites i have watched
I have small wrists, small bones, have broken all of the bones in the right hand and wrist when in elementary school and the same wrist in two places in late teens. Supposing that these bones have not become terribly strong, I also over-did skull crushers with a 25Lb dumbbell and am max 120lbs female (usually around 55 kilos) and hyper extended my wrist. Even though I experienced discomfort, I did it again when discomfort subsided. Totally not smart, but I did and now have a bulging tendon on my inner wrist below my thumb. Merde! Have a doc appt for physio referral but also know that I’ll have to strengthen wrists and just play it smarter. Thanks for the vid. I’ll do these and see what else can help and anticipate that physio will solve - and maybe other therapies.
Wait alot for this ❤🎉
Excellent, I never tried that wrist torsion. It's really good.
Great stuff, and really similar to a Gymnastics Method prehab routine that has helped keep my wrists/elbows feel fresh on pretty much a daily basis. Would recommend either to anyone that doesn't have some wrist work in their warm-up routine. Pairs really well with some scap circles/scap pushups to get the rest of the upper body warmed up too
Great tips! Thank you. Going to challenge myself to see if I can achieve a planche hold and pushup later this year.
I've been doing your BBR wrist warm ups for years now. I even do it before Hybrid program.
Gonna need this cause whenever im doing workout in the gym that needed arm mobility my wrist joint always tire out and cant keep up with my strong grip
I'm truly fascinated by how Daniel keeps his content constantly improving, admitting his own inaccuracies and working on the clarity of the message. And I've gone such a long way with this channel and it still one of the very few that keeps me motivated and curious about what's up in a new vid. You're and your team are making a difference, Daniel, thank you for being with us!❤

Thank you
I need this pushups started becoming painful and dropped all pushing movements
I need this so bad. Armwrestling training in my teens wrecked my wrists.
same 😭
First follow along legs workout that makes me wanna come back for the 3.rd time. Amazing 🔥🔥
God yes I'm working on it now 😮
how to strengthen hands that were broken before? i broke my pinky and side of my palm before and feel it's in the way of the amount of strength and edurability it has. thank you
This is an incredibly useful vid. For all of us!! 😊 Thank you for putting this together so concisely!! Didn’t realise there are so many variations for bulletproofing my wrists. Will be referring to this vid. for many years!! If we put in the time before exercising with these stretches, it should protect us from injuries.❤
Thanks!
Do you such tips for shoulders?
Thanks, that's interesting and helpful, can we get that about the neck some more?
Excellent and sensible
Thank you 🙏🏼 🇨🇱
I really needed this because my wrist is weaker than normal because of an accident when i was younger
"Bulletproof" sounds cool! Keep using it, we know what you mean...💪💪💪
I ama pianist. These are EXCELLENT!!! Thank you very much!!!
Great job holmes
Amazing natty physique man, you are an inspiration.
Thank you Ronaldo
Your content is just amazing. ❤
❤❤
Your arms look insane man
Should i perform all the exercises you showed and warm-ups on the same day
Good stuff. Hands are our main tools…
Do you have any recommendations for someone who has recently broken their hand and wrist?
nice video ❤❤❤
Do you still recommend these for those with very loose wrists? What do you recommend and not to do? my wrists are so loose, my hand pops up and down. So when I'm mountain biking I miss corners, cus I can't use the brakes properly. But wrist braces have solved this issue. For me wrist mobility is not an issue, but wrist misalignment is.
Hey Daniel! I've developed a (pretty large) ganglion cyst on my right wrist which is really annoying me. A local nurse told me that they go away in time if I make sure to not stress the joint but that it could take months or years. I haven't done anything new the last few months (it's been there for months), but it hurts when I extend and flex (especially extend). Do you have any experience with this and what can you recommend I do?
thank you so much i feel like my wrist are invinsible
7:49 Thanks for being a real one 🙏🏻
Oh wow, I'm a climber, and that wrist torsion one felt absolutely amazing
Thankfully for this video I can worm out before massage
tier list for this ?
Hoping this will fix my wrist damage from overworking them doing daily pressups for a year when I was 14. Been 5 years, hopefully will get me back to doing pressups without pain the next day.
Also, really cool camera work and music. Really good video.
Day after, first time I've been able to do pressups without shooting pain up my arms the next day when I put any pressure on my wrist joints.
@@ht-ve9fe any further updates?
Any suggestions if the wrist got pain when the right hand just bend 90° like the position in push up?
Daniel, I'd like you to try "bring Sally up" challenge and share the results. I'm curious about others results too. Mine was 1:32s
Hey can make a vid on how to learn the l-sit and form corrections please i really wanna learn it😢😂
Any advice for an LCL sprain rehabilitation exercise program?
I would see a physio for something like that. Some painkillers and a leg/knee brace might be a good place to start. Keep knee mobility simple and safe. Place gradual weight on it, be extra careful when the knee moves side to side.
Based move to admit to making a mistake by calling joint preparation bulletproofing. Good advice as well near the end of the video regarding not doing everything and going by feel. Your content has definitely improved over time.
Yeah i understand the challenge of trying to get content pushed to other people by social media
I wish i seen this before abusing the hell out of my wrist. I had to stop with Cali's because pullups, chinups, and powerup became painful after putting resistive weight on my wrist (the pull) I could literally feel my wrist slightly seperate from the joint and man it was painful and this all happened after 10 years of bodybuilding.
0:22 should my wrists constantly be clicking when doing this?
This is very helpful do you have any advice for those struggling with knee pain from squatting?
Many people on the comments for this video said it helped czcams.com/video/BtQ_S-XRP74/video.html
Look up kneesovertoesguy . This dude saved a lot of knees
Horse squat stance is good
I get on the ground in a pushup position and stamp my hands on the ground like stamping my feet. I do them on my palms and then on my fists punching the ground. I also do this with my feet while barefoot.
I got 3 sets of pushups as my first exercise in my upper body day. If I use the wrist warm up, should I take a minute to rest or should I go straight into pushups after the warmup. (I'm really pedantic sorry)
this dude is friggin jacked
Can we do it before gym? Is it ok
Use the clips for weight bars!
I am working on a live chicken hanging, my hand has been sore everytime i bend or twist my wrist to left and right i felt a sharp pain, does this exercise is the right thing to do even on pain?
Are these exercises helpful for carpal tunnel syndrome? If not, any recommendations for that?
Him: My wrists can stop bullets
Gun: Let's test that theory
Is there video for elbow bulletproofing?
No. Just do push ups, rows, pullups and dips and there you have it :)
For how long should we do the ex and how many times?
can this help prevent carpal tunnel?
Ey brah what about the elbow. Care to make a video on it?
3:27
We're all gonna make it brahs

6:22 wow that makes me want to quit exercising to be honest . Been working so hard for 5 years, tried that move csnt even come CLOSE
