Strength training is different to to building muscle. If your goal is to get stronger, you need to lift heavy weights to improve your nervous system. Dips and elevated pushups for me. Floor push-ups suck so much that it is not even funny. Elevated push-ups give you that nice stretch and dips are just the most awesome chest exercise in existence

My main goal is health and functionality. So I do calisthenic trainings with sometimes heavy lifting for one set in combination.

Elevated push-ups are very good but regular floor push-ups suck big time as you'll be kissing the floor if you use a full rom. Bench for strength gains and elevated push-ups for chest development

damm that bro hanging is getting all the bixches in the block
Don't forget to most fundamental thing that this is a shoulder dominant move, build upto heavy weight dips and hspu for atleast 10+ reps to start, those pushing movements should be your basics to continue increase your strength and progress, all this bands and stuff are secondary, I've learnt this the hard way.😊
