Wft how do you know i needed a video on shoulder strengthening
LITERALLY
Top of my left shoulder hurting like shit. Don't feel pain during push up or dips or pull ups but when I raise my hands parallel to my shoulder it hurts decently. Brother if you could help me it would mean a lot to me.
Everybody needs it.
because almost all of us do 😞
Could it be that we're all falling apart all the time and he just puts out good info consistently ?
These initial band stretches look amazing I can almost feel the stretch just by watching it, definitely gonna try them out later today
Vic seems like the man! What a trainer.
Love his energy, knowledge, approach and professionalism!
You mesh well together.
That video was very lovely.
I love the passion and commitment of the coach. One can tell that he loves his profession.
Need to work on more external rotation, keep the awesome content coming
What a coach ! More videos with him please !
This video is a game changer indeed!!! After having issues from months of weighted pullups with little deload taxed my shoulders greatly. This was indeed helpful!!!
So so resourcefull ! Thanks a lot for these elite level tips !
The algorithm is strong. Our phones are listening to us. I hurt my shoulder yesterday and now this shows up unsearched.
Impeccable timing.
I'm currently rehabilitating from major shoulder surgery.
These look perfect for adding to my physio.
i love these type of videos so much!! i want more of that! love the uncut parts!!
Fantastic video guys! So helpful for all of us with shoulder injuries & to bulletproof shoulders!
Much needed exactly targetting my issue. Thanks
I absolutely love this style of instructional video
Just recovering from tendinitis on the right shoulder. Great timing.
Wow! What a gift this morning! I just did all the exercices, excellent stuff , thank you guys
As someone who’s damaged his rotator cuff I’ll def be doing these in my rehab and for injury prevention in the future
Good timing- currently recovering from rotator cuff surgery. I'm going to focus more on my shoulders from here on out to prevent further injuries. Tearing your rotator cuff is next level pain bruh.
Be patient, consistent and scale to your level of strength. Good luck with rehab.
Easiest and Useful 16 minutes man. Felt like 5 minutes ❤
I tried the first couple exercises and I can tell they're gonna be amazing. I had a shoulder injury a couple years ago and I've never truly recovered. the second band exercises that muscle perfectly. Thank you so much for this.
This has gotta be the most comprehensive shoulder bulletproofing video I've seen.
Great exercises, well explained, and clear to see the muscles engage on your jacked physique haha
Just tried the band part of the workout with the Lu Raise and internal rotation. Shoulders feel great immediately! Added this in to my weekly rotation.
Amazing, I need this. Thanks - also something for hips too please, have a lot of pain in one recently my own stretches not doing much!
learned a lot! many thanks!
Nice! All these different approaches can be practiced too and show up in playing and improvising.
I just got diagnosed with calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder, potentially the left one as well - great timing as always Daniel! Thank you, I will try this.
Looking good! 👍🏼
Just by watching the video this makes shoulders feel amazing!
How did you know I needed this after being stiff and hurting getting back into training!?
Great! Bring on the Hip version!
after getting thrown on my shoulder in a suplex throw, i need this video
Hi Daniel, do you have a video on traps? your mid/low traps are impressively developed and would like to get mine to look like yours. Thanks
good shit
After a rotator cuff injury a couple years back and two frozen shoulders that are almost thawed this was great timing
For the last 6 months, I've been starting my push and pull days with these kinds of shoulder warmups. I feel so much more confident in my pushing and pulling it's not funny. Once you get used to getting blood into that area, it's gonna be hard to skip it. You'll feel more vulnerable and less stable without the warmups. It's worth the extra 10mins!
I just do the shoulder dislocations followed by external rotations with the elbow on the knee. Those are good enough for now.
Cheers
Does he have a yt channel? These are great will do these for shoulder day
Could you make a podcast with Conor Harris and talk about calisthenics injuries and stuff like that
please make a video on stretching and mobility work using rings and gravity!
rings and gravity? are you ever using the rings without gravity?
Man i'd love to do a session with this guy. Could probably solve my fucked up scap/humeral rhythm.
What is the weight/resistance of the band you use for the first 5 min? Thanks so much Daniel and Vik!
Can we get this turned into a poster diagram with each movement?
When or how should i do this? As a warm up or like a proper part of my workout with progressive overload or on rest days….?
Hi, @FitnessFAQs,
Do you know how I can use these exercises in my Hybrid Program? Use as stretching or cool down?
More simple:
1) compound exercises. Perform vertical/horizontal pulling/pushing exercises.
2) straight arm exercises. Perform straight arm shoulder flexion/extension, abduction/adduction, horizontal abduction/adduction.
3) rotation exercises. Perform internal/external rotation exercises with various shoulder positions
when should you be doing this? before a push day?
💪
It's not that my shoulder hurts but I can hear my joints popping and cracking a lot by just moving it around and when I do push ups that's the only time I feel something near my joints.
Loved Vics input! Can't really find his channel.. Can someone help me out?
Does this work as well as help with shoulders that have been dislocated?
❤
Need something for elbows
Master's.
What if the shoulder hurts when in the stretch?
So a lot about mobility, and flexibility paired up with some weight right?
As a minimalist I just need 1 or 2 exercises that fix pain/mobility
Where do you fit this around workouts? It's own dedicated session on rest days?
I have the same question. Looking maybe it was answered and I missed it.
eye finna point out the bulk of the volume @10:30 often confused as lats as faqs takes a side stretch is the serrates anterior, which is overlain by former along visible line to former's insertion at faqs' pits. might as well point out in light it be illustrative if vic could just put a hand on there and move the lats to the posterior to present an unobstructed visual of the serrates --no ho lol mo--
Man how do we add all of these techniques and excercises to an already stacked week of training 😅
i could take both of those guys😤
can u link the mans ig and yt i cant quite catch it with my bad ear
At the end of the Lu Raises exercise (arms overhead/top portion), do you elevate your scaps or keep scaps stacked low ?
At the very top portion, you should shrug up for the best scapular mechanics :)
@@productofmymind4860and contract them for the rest of the movement ?
@finn3131 Tru to contract the lower traps for like the the first 75%
@@productofmymind4860 I always thought taking lateral raises above the horizontal created a much higher shoulder impingement risk.
@@blackrhino44 Lu Raises are good for your shoulders. Look up a tutorial or something. :)
Mandatory comment for the algorithm. However this video is great
I gotta go to orthopedic surgeon lol
😮
Vik is really a mountain of musclss.
the first move would wreck my shoulders, im to injured for that:(
Now my question is, are these exercises safe for someone with a history of shoulder dislocations and instability?
If you feel nothing wrong doing it it's probably okay
U know it works when u can hear him breathing on the mic 😂😂😂😂
Knees over toes guy has had a massive influence here huh? Interesting
I love the guy but I wouldn’t say massive. People say bulletproof now and people use the knee assisted shoulder external rotations now
none of this is KOT inspired. Vik has been doing all of this for years. KOT is db er, powell raise, y raise, pullovers, dips, chinups, and incline db press. very reductionist and not nearly as refined as vik’s approach

Fitness FAQs you chuckle head. When you point at the moon, the idiot argues the finger.
I’ve been watching this channel since he was doing videos in his mother’s courtyard.
This channel has definitely seen some influences. You can go back to licking windows my man.
My brain cannot follow work out.
Hey Daniel don't be so rude. Why you didn't mention his CZcams channel or Instagram handle
Type in Anatomy in Motion
In my video you’ll find a few different exercises to strengthening your shoulders. Hopefully it will help!

You win some... you loose more.
Bulletproof this, bulletproof that...
For every comment this like gets, I will do 0 push ups
Yeah I don't like the jazzersize vibe here.
Not sure that are safe exercises. Beware use light resistance
