- Hey Everyone!
My name is Ethan Gregg and I recently graduated from UW-La Crosse as a D3 runner. I have a pretty action packed Summer including training hard, professional team visits, and much more!
I'm not great at editing or anything yet so, until I hone in on my craft, I hope you enjoy what I am able to put together!

My captain o captain! How your video quenches my thirst for quality runner content
Keep the dog! It's meant to be.
I was very close too haha, he was a very friendly dog!
The content creator we all needed
Excited to watch your next era. Would love if you do a sit down video on what you’re life is like post college and expanding on what what your main goals are. Did you pick Phoenix because of work or some other obligation? Definitely a hot place! Are you working a part time or full time job? Or no job and just training and hoping to sign a running contract? Do you have a plan on getting a basic job to continue supporting your running if brands won’t sponsor you or what are your thoughts on the matter
I’ll be going on professional visits throughout the summer! I am planning on documenting the whole journey, I’ll do a sit down video as well I think!
I have been waiting for this day to come!!!!!!
Amazing video wow this guy is definitely normal and chill
Hip thrusts go crazy
The people love activation!
Definitely gonna start activating before running 👍🏻 keep up the content dude!!
HIP THRUSTS!
Oh Ani, I might need to change my username now 🥰
Time for a fit summer 😈
You should get a GoPro for your solo runs! Hope the summer block goes well!
I am planning on bringing my phone on more runs!
Aye!
🥳🥳🥳
This title feels familiar to a recent video made by the matthai twins, have you heard of them?
Copy and paste is awesome!
Hey dude, I'm in high school and wanna get good runs in this summer, what is the ideal warm up and cool down to make sure I don't get injured? I say this because I just came off an awful 2 month long shin injury and I do NOT want that happening again. Cheers
I do a good amount of dynamic warm up drills before my runs! This gets the blood flowing in the legs and activates/ tells your body’s it’s about to run! Not too sure what to do specifically for shins however!
