    Great interview, and thanks, Hayden, for taking so much time. I really liked the more "general" tips that can be used by different people for different things. Pros getting too specific, while very interesting, is only so helpful for amateurs, and only gets us thinking maybe we should do the same amount of mileage, pace, etc, even though we know we can't/shouldn't.
