Absolutely! If you have any questions, let me know and when you’re adding the strips for the curtain, I would add more strips than I did in the video, and I would keep them as close to the top part of the opening as possible, if you attach them around the sides of the opening towards they stick out kind if funky. I talk about it in the video, but let me know if it not clear.

Great tutorial as always. I know you asked in the past for suggestions. Would you be able to make an igloo? I have a pattern but it is a little hard for me to understand. I want to make one for kittens actually but if you made one for a ferret I could adjust the pattern. Thank you so much!

I will absolutely look into it! An igloo sounds awesome!

Love it and great effort but I would not put the strips inside the two fabric parts. Always use a zigzag at the edge to strenghting your stitches. Maybe I had to many lessons sewing.😅

I absolutely took the long way around in this tutorial 😂. I taught myself how to sew about 6 years ago when I got my ferrets.
A few years later I started my CZcams and in some of my earlier videos, like this one, my newness to sewing shows 😂.
I recently watched someone else make one of these and just shook my head at how unnecessarily complicated I made this 🤦‍♀️.
I’m hoping to go through and redo a lot of my earlier videos because the things I’ve learned since I began sewing could fill a book 😂.
I’ll just say there has been a lot of trial and error along the way 💜

@@FerretTails I am only at the beginning making anything for ferrets. I do have some experiance sewing clothes. 😁 Had lessons from a very lovely lady who recently passed. A for me more like a grandma than a teacher.

Why use squares? Just asking. You could use a longer piece and two squares.
