1 can Spam or any Protein of Choice
1 Large Onion
1 Spice Blend Cube
1 Habanero Pepper
1 6oz Can Tomato Paste
Shrimp Powder - tt
Seasoning - tt
Salt - tt
Coconut Oil or oil of choice
3cups - Jasmine Rice
Water
I’m 19 years old and my mother has always been in my neck that I don’t know how to cook, when I visit my boyfriend I always want to cook but I don’t know how to do it and I don’t want to embarrass myself. So I watched your videos last night, it looked soo easy to me! I woke up at 2 am when all my family members were sleeping and I cooked this jollof with the exact recipe, and Adjeley I must say, you have saved my life. You are a blessing to me you don’t know how much you have helped me Ms Adjeley , and I am leaving the food here for my mother to wake up and come and see that I have cooked jollof rice. There is also a tin of similar called bacon grill.when fried it tastes of just bacon.used this alot when my children were young as can be served with mash or chips.but in this would be more nutritious thank you 🇬🇧
