6:20 Its INCREDIBLY frustrating to constantly hear the lawsuit be taken out of context like this to make it seem like an overdramatic misstep. The reason why the EU opened up the app store was because of Apple actively participating in anti-competitive behavior, while neglecting to create any solution to tackle it (P.S. that DOES NOT equate to Apple being required to discontinue or make any of the technologies they've already created unavailable to their users). Why it would be the same case in regards to a niche feature, such as your phone being located with the help of your smart speaker, especially when there are already protocols and avenues available for third parties to implement that, but hardly any consumer demand at the moment, is beyond me.

The android network being able to find stuff will sort of.... invalidate airtags

This definitely wont invalidate airtags, they almost definitely won't be supported with the android network and probably will stay with apple's network. iPhones are also still very dominant (in america anyway) so Apple's network isn't going anywhere soon
