  • Week 7 of sword workout, we go thru various cut patterns, to train muscle memory and rhythm.
    Go at your own pace and listen to your body. If something is painful stop doing it. If you haven't worked out in awhile or are not use to physical conditioning, you should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program,and understand that there is a risk of injury associated with participating in any physical activity.

    You seem a lot more comfortable in front of the camera.
    Good workout. I do something similar. I need to add more cuts from different angles like this.
