We researched RV's for over a year and saw Jayco, & other manufacturers that are obsessed with VOLUME produced not QUAITY as these units are. That led us to buy a '21 Geo Pro G19FD which we're quite satisfied with overall.

You are correct plus Airstream has upgraded their suspension systems to torsion axles and shod their trailers with Goodyear Endurance.

So what happens when the vacuum seal fails and after several years the walls have bubbles
And its not a fixable item !!!!!
Im sure you have a lifetime warranty that transfers from owner to owner ? Blahahahahaha

Typically it's not the wall laminate that fails randomly. Usually what has been the case is a seal fails and water gets into the walls and causes the Luan substrate to fail which translates into a wall failure. You can see this on many older laminated RVs.
By going to Azdel even if water does get into the wall laminate it shouldn't fail. None of the materials in the wall structure are damaged by water nor is the glue. There are very different grades of glue used in laminates and Rockwood/Flagstaff favor the higher-quality glues.
Excellent point you make and I'm happy to help clarify this. Happy camping!

how can you say they are very meticulous about quality when they have had no quality in many years. It is not fair to lead people on. Forest River and Thor build junk and you know it. Nothing but problems. You spend months trying to get warranty items done then your warranty runs out. If they built quality they would put a 2 year warranty on it. How can you sit there and be less than truthful by telling these stories? There is no quality. They build them cheap. Cheap parts, and cheap everything. Please be more up front with people. Honesty is a better policy than not telling the truth.

Having owned three Rockwood products we have had very, very good experiences with them. These blanket statements are untrue. Forest River encourages each division to compete not only with other companies but even within the brands that Forest River owns. Watching the team build these and the quality control department inspect them, we disagree with your statement.
No hand-built, human-made product is perfect but they are not junk as you write.
Also, there are two year warranties on most of the components like the water heater, furnace and more. So please be factual in your replies, particularly if you ask us to be factual as well. Our loyalty is to our viewers, readers and listeners...not the RV industry.
