Hi! Pumasa po ako sa interview at nag send na din po sila sa akin ng written offer letter at nagsign na po ako. Mag start daw ako for training this April 12, nonvoice po siya. First time ko po sa nonvoice. Ibig po ba sabihin ka pag may signing na ng offer letter ay officially employed na po or hindi pa po? Ano po ba yung sets of training para sa mga nonvoice agents? Paano po ba sure na maipasa yung training for nonvoice agents po? Please po.
Usually employed na, but check your contract din. Meron kasi companies na di pa considered employed if on training pa but most companies employed ka na kahit training pa. Iba iba ang training but in general, mostly about product and services ng company nyo. Just be present and pay attention.
