I take a lot of supplements but this one even though i am pretty young i can see it has very positive effect on my skin&nails even though i take it for only 2 weeks for now. Even a licensed MD can’t make medical recommendations except for their own patients. The AMA is a monopoly, enforced by the Federal government, and they enforce their monopoly. Matt S agreed. The craft of his video editing has also taken a recent jump up in quality (and they were already very good). Thumbs up my guy.

Is it good to give collagen powder products to 70+ persons? I want my mother to have better health if this still beneficial for her. She’s an old gal who cannot be just sitting and not doing anything 🥰 because it will cause her body aches if she doesnt move around or dont do anything, according to her

Best to make in a crook pot. Keep temp under 190 and use some vermouth. Comes out like jello after cooing in the fridge.
