    When i touch my rollers i am only able to spin 1 when i touch it. The other 2 rollers i can not spin them. Should they be spinable when i touch them?

    I am currently running this helix right now. only a few miles on it but i would like to bring my RPM range up a bit. i am at 7900 WOT and would like to be in the 8300-8400 rpm range. do i need to back the pressure off the spring?

      You'd actually want to increase spring pressure to increase RPM. If you are in H1 (hole 1) now on the quick click setting, go to H6 which should gain you more RPM. Keep in mind peak power falls off on a stock tune around 8000-8100, and with a tune 8200-8300 is max RPM @55mph or the clutch does not load the engine enough, and boost will taper off quickly.

    I'm not clear when adjusting the helix cap with the clutch installed on the machine. You say to install the threaded rod - so you need to remove (and retorque) the clutch mounting bolt each time you adjust the helix? Thx.

    Also do you sell the TORSION SECONDARY SPRINGS? I would like to order it all together.

      We suggest the OEM spring as we found it to work best. Thanks!

    Quick question. When I took my secondary clutch off my x3 120 the bolt had washers but there wasn’t one on the transmission shaft. Is it supposed to have one between the transmission shaft and the secondary?

    • @aftermarketassassins5491
      @aftermarketassassins5491  Před 3 lety

      You will just have the bolt, and a washer that is stepped to hold the secondary clutch on. The stepped washer sometimes stays in the clutch.

      Thanks for helping me out!🙏🏼 I was worried I was missing a washer. These clutches are definitely different from Polaris

    Hi, do you know the name of the tool or part# to compress the secondary to be able to remove the belt?

      You should have an OEM one in your tool kit, but we have this one that works well: aftermarketassassins.com/products/ols/products/can-am-x3-belt-removal-tool

    Can Iuse this system to lower RPMs? My X3 is street legal and on the highway I'd like to drop the RPMs some. Thanks

    • @aftermarketassassins5491
      @aftermarketassassins5491  Před rokem +1

      Installing only our performance 1053 helix in your X3 would drop RPM roughly 200-400 RPM over stock, and lower cruising RPM for road riding, yes. You would want to use spring end hole C, quick adjust bolt hole 1. Thanks!

    No thanks. I'll stick with the evo one. This is way to complicated.
