- A man set himself on fire outside the courthouse of former President Donald Trump's "hush money" trial in Manhattan, New York City on Friday morning. Multiple witnesses watched and described the scene for reporters in the aftermath.
The man is in critical condition, identified as Max Azzarello, and apparently has posted a politically charged manifesto and self-immolated himself to make a political statement outside the courtroom.

I accidently clicked on the ABC feed and read some of the comments. They were aweful really. Honestly, I hoped that the comments here would be more sane in comparison. The two sides are just opposite, exactly opposite. What is happening to our country?

Regardless of this young man’s political points of view, what he did to himself was extremely disturbing. My heart goes out to his family. So very sad.
