Haha you guys are so foolish. They have the truth, you all just don’t have the ear to hear it. I made them prove everything and they did. Knowing all this opened my eyes. You all are the ones that are liars, going to church on Sunday when the Bibe tells us every clear to go on the 7TH day, the Sabbath Day which is Saturday. You all do nothing that the Bibe tells you to do. What a bunch of hypocrites. You love the Lord with your lip not with your heart because if you loved him with your heart you would follow his commands and one more thing, the reason you got anxiety when you enter the building is because the demons that are inside you were scared and wanted to leave as soon as possible because we are the true Church Of God Elohim. Hope you take the time to actually sit down and Study and maybe your eyes will be open like mine did.

I experienced something similar on my way home from when I was in the Philippines. Two men asked if I had known about "God the mother" They then proceeded to bring out points from Revelation to prove their assertions. The verses were blatantly out of context. After listening to them, I called him out on his disregard of context. I explained that the book revelation uses imagery and not to be taken literally. But when I did this, he then began to talk louder and louder rather than refute any of my arguments.

I was approached by them recently and they were so nice at first so I gave them a chance. Although, I already have much knowledge about the Bible I was looking for Bible studies on campus. Once I caught wind of what they believe and who they call Christ, I started asking questions and explaining how the Bible doesn't line up with what they were trying to teach me. The person they assigned to study with me put me on the phone with her mentor and she was so unkind to me and I began to press them hard on their false teachings and eventually they all just ghosted me.

Also one of the creepiest things i experienced when i was having a text debate with one of their members was that he LITERALLY DID not give me a resource from outside their WEBSITE. I told him how come you only use these sources. He claimed his church is the only place with the truth. I jumped on that and asked so what were people believing before Ahn came to start this church. He said a false god. I said so YOU are willing to say everyone after the first church and before YOUR church is suffering in hell right now because they didn't believe the truth? I recently went to a A few Bible studies with them. They started by pointing out I’m celebrating the wrong sabbath and should be celebrating the festivals. They showed me scriptures that made me question why my church was not. They were very careful to not theybelieve or give me the name of their church. I’m a born again believer that had been away from church since Covid and was not in the Bible for about a year. Needless to say a Bible study drew me in. They’re teaching made me fearful and made me question if what I thought was biblical or what I was taught in church. Needless to say I started reading my Bible again. I stayed skeptical but continued to go because with every teaching they gave I wanted to find the truth in my Bible .
Here are some things that should make you question y their church.
    1. They are not straight forward in what they believe when they approach you.
    2. You can not attend a service until you get baptized in the name of Jehovah, Jesus, and who they believe is second coming Christ.
    3. They would never send me scriptures to study their truth from the Bible and never answered my questions based on scripture against their teachings.
    4. They dismiss the holy spirit if you have not received it from their church.
    5. They claim to hold the book of life, that they write your name in. ( I actually told them that is cute) The next time I came for a study she went over the book of life in scripture and I realized they were dead serious in believing they have the authority to put someone in the book of life.
    6. God the mother?????
Believe me there are many other red flags.

was 17 yrs old in my 2nd yr of college about to enter campus, was approached by a young lady around 5 years older than me and asked if i knew god the mother. i was honestly curious, went along with the lady after class to their place (i dunno why i didn't even think about being easily abducted and sold for prostitution which sadly happens extremly often in the philippines).
first day seemed normal a lotta short bible verse references heavily focused on beliefs like statues is a form of idolatry and their ceremonies pretty tame. i was extremely skeptic and bombarding her with questions. nothing seemed abnormal cause i know there are other religions that have similar beliefs and not far compared to what was taught growing up in religion class cause she kept on referencing the bible.
the second day was when they dropped the bomb and told me that GOD THE MOTHER WAS A KOREAN WOMAN WHO WAS CURRENTLY ALIVE. i wanted to leave right there and then but i felt scared. it crossed my mind that they could easily imprison or kill me if i didn't agree cause i was alone in a house which was headquarters or something. i just ended up going along with it and THEY BAPTIZED ME THE SAME DAY!
i was seriously confused when it was happening. it felt so wrong cause i didn't believe a thing but was pretending to get it over with and get tf out of the house. the baptism was in a huge bathtub looking thing in a bathroom. i thought while it was happening "does this even count?" cause i don't believe anything they said. i was extremely scared that they might lock me in cause nobody knew i was there (cause they mentioned the day before that i should not mention it to anyone even family or friends cause a lotta people are close minded and negative red flag but im dumb) if i didnt go thru with it.
when i went home i blocked their numbers and i was constantly stealthy otw to campus for 2 weeks. i never told it to anyone cause it was an embarrassing weird unexplainable experience and i know anyone who hears my story would say i was dumb to go with a stranger to a house in the first place (sexual assault and murder is high here in our country).
4 years later i was watching documentaries on yt and ended up on cults and then it sinked it that it was a cult. i feel shookt and so dumb to only realize it after 4 years it happened, i just thought they were weird people and didn't know what a cult was at that time 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was in this organization for 9 years. It was hard for me when getting out, because I couldn't relate with the idea that I just needed to find the "right" church, and that WMSCOG was just not a "true" Christian church. The thing is I was agnostic when I joined, I didn't believe in Christianity. So arguing about whether or not it was truly Christian was a point that made no sense to me. I'm glad there was one resource available when I left that was not Christian based. That being said, I really appreciate what you all are doing, because as you said, resources in general are not available! This organization is ruthless and intelligent. It is a highly sophisticated organization. You are providing a valuable resource to Christian people who get sucked in. I am SO happy to see this, because you are helping people get out. When you speak about learning what they teach so you can approach members from the world that they're in, that is THE WAY! THIS is how you get people out. And getting people out is what matters. Please keep getting people out.
I was a person who helped to try and battle people like you. There's a whole department just for battling people who are helping to expose this organization, and that department will give certain members tasks to help to this end. Now that I'm out and have had some time to deal with the trauma of it, I am trying to do my part, (especially now that a judge has ruled the NDA's are unenforceable), so that people like me who may not be otherwise religious can have resources to escape. I have all the truth books. And some of the sermon books. Also the new song books and etc. I want to mention that just like they have changed the truth books and new song books (and continue to) to support their morphing dogma, they change everything to suit their needs. For example they changed imaging to show themselves as more family friendly over the past few years (as you said they have routinely (at least while I was a member) encouraged abortions and discouraged children, because the world was going to end at any time and we needed to focus on the gospel. Due to the lawsuits, investigations, and public backlash they have put great effort into appearing family friendly. And I could go on! Like the volunteering aspect. Psh. We were reminded that the volunteering was just to bring glory to God (Mother) so that more people could come to Zion and be saved, but it didn't really matter as the earth was going to be destroyed at any moment. Later that transformed, (especially with the growth of the the We Love You foundation) to having to bring glory to Mother so she can win the Nobel Peace prize. And it goes on.
As far as why they are evangelism heavy. Yes. It is correct that we were told not to evangelize to certain people, people who would not advance the gospel (advance financially, and as far as labor is concerned). In the beginning as a new member another sister and I were hurt and confused by this, and brought up what Jesus did. The leader of our church said "I am not Jesus" AND he told us then that those people would be saved in the end. But you know, as time goes on and you're not a new member, you start to be told the real reasons for things. It's not sugar coated anymore. At that time I had only been a member (baptised) for about a year, but I had only been an active participant for a few months. Later on we were told point blank to preach to white people, because we didn't have enough white people in our church and it looked bad (for photos white people would be brought to the front!), and to preach to people who looked like they had money so they could support Zion. Professionals. It was okay if they were in their 50s: college kids were for grunt work, established people were for finances. I remember them boasting when August, (he was a deacon by the time I left) emptied out his 401K to give to the church. He was preached to at one of our events (the purpose of the events) and the story was told over and over as an example of what we should aspire to. Good God.
But while evangelism was important to bring in money and expand, especially with lack of children, there were people who were given the blessing to care for and indoctrinate the children that did come. This was my blessing. I did love those kids like my own (as much as one can say that) but also these kids basically never saw their parents, so those of this with this blessing understood the magnitude of our position. This organization thought of everything. ALSO children had to give offerings as well, or they would be cursed. This is what the parents were told. We had to keep track of who did not give an offering. Besides tithing, (and the brown envelope, the food offering, the committee offering, the overseas offering, and so on) you could not come before God (for service) empty handed. Everyone was supposed to give a "free will" offering at service, the very lowest level of offering. If the child was an infant then the parent just needed to give the offering with their own. Once they were old enough the child had to put in the offering. We had an incident where someone was giving empty envelopes. I am so ashamed. We were told on Sabbath that once the time to provide the offering came we were to check the offerings as soon as the kids took them out. We kept it a secret. We had to do this to catch who it was that was giving their child an empty envelope, or else which child was stealing from the envelope. You know there's just so much. There's just so much. People feel like being in for a few months is a long time. Yeah. Imagine years of this. And I was never a title holder. So who knows what I wasn't privy to, despite the atrocious things I was already exposed to simply by my being a gospel worker.
About not having to learn the theology. Well, it's true that the theology of the WMSCOG is a lot. But for someone who wants to get their loved one out, I urge you to understand that tepid understanding of the Bible is not enough, and to take another route of action instead of trying to battle theology. The reason I say this is because as has been noted in this video, we are taught countermeasures. Meaning we learn the things that other groups believe (SDA, JW, Mormon, Pentecostal, etc.), we learn the arguments they bring against us, and then we learn how to combat it. So if you only understand the Bible from what you have been taught by your denomination or organization, it will absolutely backfire if you try and argue with a current member using what you know. Because we already have been taught what you know and we already have an answer to it, that you will not be able to answer if you are unprepared, which only furthers our conviction in "the truth". Of course, this does not apply to people who have a broader understanding of the scripture. But in my experience, even people who go out and evangelize don't always have that knowledge. I am saying the WMSCOG trains us like soldiers; they even call it a war. So if you don't' have a broad understanding of the scripture, and if learning the theology of the WMSCOG is too overwhelming, please, the best thing to do is to try a different method of getting your loved one out than arguing scripture with them.
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to learn about this and take them on. I don't believe in God anymore, not in that way, but I believe you all are doing God's work. You can give people like me the bravery to speak out, despite the likely potential for backlash. And you open the eyes of so many, so they don't waste their lives. At some point it just isn't worth it to get out. You've already given up everything. Cut ties with everyone you love. You know, they do say after a certain point: 'What will you do if you leave? You have nothing.' Which is true. But that's by design.

Can someone answer me this. Does the Bible not tell us to partake in the Passover? Does it not prophesy about Christ coming a second time with a new name?(revelation 3:12) to bring final salvation back to us before Judgment? (Hebrews 9:27-28). Was Jesus not the Prophetic King David in which King David ruled Israel for 40 years. Jesus was Baptized and Preached for 3, then was killed which left 37 more years for his second coming to finish. No more or less because that wouldn’t be prophecy correct? I’m not saying this with Pride, but I’m saying this because if the scriptures testify about these things. And Christ Ahnsahnhong has (by your own admission Taught the world about Passover, Sabbath Day(Saturday worship), third day worship(Tuesday), 7 feasts of God) which are all practices that we have to keep for salvation along with following the commandments when the world holds Sunday worship, communion, Christmas Service, Easter service, Ash Wednesday and these other holidays and practices that aren’t anywhere in the Bible and worship Crosses and other idols. Can someone else, or anyone else tell me someone besides Christ Ahnsahnhong who brought back the teachings of the Bible in the timeframe that was prophesied about?

My older brother is currently an active member of this church. we have not seen him in about 5 years now, maybe longer. He has since been married and had a child. He is VERY deep. I tried to reach out to him and he completely came at my throat. He wanted me to prove to him where the easter bunny was in the bible. I told him that I would do that once he proved to me that this "holy mother" was also in the bible, he did not respond. He resorted to calling me pitiful and a coward when he could not provide me with what he was also asking me to provide him. He is so brainwashed and has been for so long but I have not lost hope. I just had one question which was "Are you studying an actual Bible? like THE Bible, or are you studying from books written by the opinions of people (which he states he did not believe in). He also could not answer that question and immediately got defensive. I don't know him anymore :(

But WMSCOG deleted 3 chapters from the “green book” instead of 38 chapters of Ahnsahnghong’s writings , the WMSCOG sells highly edited books of the originals. The originals can be found in the NCPCOG website.
Also www.examiningthewmscog.com/ has a lot of information.
WMSCOG also takes bible verses out of context.
But many WMSCOG members will not listen. Their mentality is like: “why should we listen to a human over God the Mother?”

    • @dorothyrmrz
      @dorothyrmrz Před 3 lety +1

@grant gee I had a feeling that I suppressed. That what the WMSCOG was doing was wrong. So I eventually looked online. At first I heard what people said but I didn’t really listen to what they were saying because we were taught that if we did then it was eating from the “tree of knowledge of good and evil” and we can die spiritually if we do. Then i saw one of my biological sister’s testimony czcams.com/video/Irmx10L9U-M/video.html that confirmed that she also saw strange things inside the cult. Then I talked with her on the phone and she told me things. The cult hides a lot of things to keep up with appearances.
Every person that has left has different reasons. For one it might be because Ahn Sahng Hong and Zhang Gil Jah were married to different people not with each other therefore making their spiritual marriage adultery. For some that doesn’t affect them. But the changes to the “truth books” which are supposed to be Ahnsahnghong’s words do affect them.
For some it’s the suing that just didn’t sit right with them. Why does the “one true church” have to sue people to intimidate them into silence?
For others was that Armstrong was celebrating Passover before Ahnsahnghong. @ Armstrong’s church was also a destructive cult.
Everyone has different reasons for leaving.
I still have one of my biological sisters inside WMSCOG. She has been in for 10.5 years now. The mind control is real with this group.

I have been studying with a member of this church for 2 days now. He first approached me and my wife at a walmart at 10pm, asking if we were Christians and if we've ever heard of "mother god" before. I said no and then the guy said "would you like to join a bible study." I knew it was a cult once he said the "mother god" part, but i played along to see what they actually teach. The guy offered to meet at a local coffee shop to have a bible study and so far, in the last 2 meetups, I've observed this guy make up a very well executed, twisted doctrine to fit his church's "real" gospel according to him. Any doctrine i brought up, he said "this is a false" or something to this affect. He even said Jesus' death isn't an eternal propitiation of sins of the past, present, and future of all mankind. I told him thats not what Jesus said. I knew solidly that this guy is truly on the wrong track at that point. I told him Jesus' death was willful and is stated to be a one and only eternal sin offering for all people. This is incontrovertible. Yet this guy had the nerve to say it isn't. I knew then and there that this guy is super deceived and lost, nevermind the fact that this guy is outright denying the written Bible and Jesus' direct quotes! But i still went along with this guy to hear him out and try to open his eyes in fact. I think i will stop after this 3rd bible study coming up. People are so lost. He actually told me that Jesus came back a 2nd time already and started teaching in 1948 ("according to prophecy") and that this new Jesus guy already "left this world.." I was then asked if I would accept this new Jesus again if he presented himself to me. I said, "probably not because i don't think Jesus would come and be unrecognizable as a mortal man, be asian, and live a full lifetime and die largely unknown without all the divine glory written about in Revelation."
What's really incredible is that this church member is a highly intelligent, intellectual, healthcare professional with a doctorate degree, yet he is totally brainwashed and deceived to buy into this sh*t that is leading him to hell. It's amazing that even bright people can be hooked and taken for such delusional, twisted teachings that aren't even easy to believe off mainline Christianity and straightforward bible reading. The amount of mental gymnastics and logical Twister this guy had to do was incredible. All along, I'm just listening, trying to keep my facial gestures stoic, and watching him twist the bible left and right for his newer blasphemous ideas. I wanna help him, but i don't think that's in my power. This guy is completely off the Jesus train at this point. I don't understand how people can buy into this cuckoo stuff that's so far off the general Christian message. I have a cousin that's also part of a cult in Singapore called "iglesia ni christo." I told her she's in a cult too. She denies it. Oh well. I'm not responsible for everyone that wants to remain deceived by will. I guess all we can do is pray and let God do His thing to reach the lost. It's all so tragic actually.

Just last night My girlfriend ran into two of these guys, he asked “can I read you a verse about God the mother” and I was like “go for it” he read genesis and started his explanation, to which my girlfriend and I challenged instantly. He talked about how they believe Jesus returned in 1948, if you go to church on Sunday you’re not a Christian, he challenged the Trinity, and all kinds of stuff….. we challenged him the whole time standing firm in our faith explaining the gospels and the creation of man to him. It was an hour long conversation. I told him things like…not to worry about the end times because if you have Christ and are saved you don’t need to worry, and that when god says “in our image” he’s talking about the Trinity,
He challenged it all and when he realized we were well educated in our faith, he didn’t like that. At the end he began to get disrespectful, judging us for not believing in what he believes, he said that since we don’t go to church every week we aren’t real Christians, and that since we go on Sunday we aren’t real Christian’s. We continued to challenge him in a respectful way then he laughed at my girlfriend when she made a point and was like “oh sorry” and she was like “yeah that was extremely disrespectful” and at the end he started walking away from us saying “you claim to bring people to Christ and to be a Christian but you’re just a False prophet!” And I responded saying “I never claimed to be a prophet, you came to us and we listened and we’re respectful, you started judging us and being disrespectful” and he again just said we were false prophets and turned the corner and walked away. They expected us to just be two dumb kids that they thought would be “easy recruits” but when they realized they were wrong they got hostile,
these people are brainwashed if you don’t agree with them their true colors show, it’s sad, Pray for them.

31:56 @Mike Winger, I don’t know whether they changed the number of the song “He has saved me” in their new song book to a new one now. This recording was done 3years ago so there is a chance they have seen this video and made changes in their song book. I don’t really know. They are known for changing their ways and approach whenever they receive public redicule so I won’t be surprised. But the number for that song is currently 151 in their song book. Regardless, whatever you stated in that text is true.
🎶 Though having eyes, I failed to see; though having ears, I failed to hear the words of life, words of the covenant. You opened my ears. Not by the name of Jehovah, nor by the name of Jesus, could I ever be saved! For this sinful son, Father Ahnsanhong, God Almighty, came down with bread and wine of life! He saved me🎵
That’s the text in the 1st stanza. I don’t know why people still follow this cult. They have clearly abandoned the redemption and salvation Jesus Christ has given mankind through the shedding his blood on the cross of Calvary. Hebrews 1:7; 10:19. I pray the Holy Spirit of God convicts all the innocent people who have been deceived into this false teaching.

I agree with what you said.. their mother god idea is utter b.s.
I don't understand how peoplecan buy into this cuckoo stuff that's so far off the general Christian message.

@@thedreammakerATLtell her that doctrines like "mother god" are hidden teachings, and that God's word doesn't have any hidden teachings...
From my book, "Witnessing to the Cults: a practical study guide for Christian workers," by Alex Wilson & Christine Tetley, they write:
"We have seen that the Mormons, Iglesia ni Cristo, and Armstrong all claim to be the restoration of the one true church - beginning in 1830, 1914, and 1934 respectively! But if any of these cults is correct, it would mean that the Church founded by Christ through the Apostles died out and was nonexistent for more than 1,500 years. Yet Jesus specifically said that such a thing would not happen (Amen to that!!!). Jesus stated emphatically that the gates of Hades (that is, the power of death) should not prevail against the Church that He was going to build (Matt. 16:18).
Of course, Jesus did teach that three (unsaved people, "sons of the evil one") would grow up among the wheat (true Christians, "sons of the kingdom"). Jesus also taught that His disciples would vary in their fruitfulness: some would bring forth 100-fold, others 60-fold, and others 30-fold. But He never suggested at all that the wheat (true Christians) would disappear! (Matt. 13:23-30, 36-43)."

The 4th commandment tells us to keep the Sabbath Day Holy. Even Jesus did this. Constantine was the ruler who changed our day of worship from Saturday to Sunday and inserted many traditions that we see today that were not originally a part of Christianity. Thats why we have things like Christmas (Christ Mass) pushed on us when Christians don't even go to mass, Catholics do and if we believe we are the full truth, why would we have to take a holiday from a different religion? All this was a tough pill for me to swallow too. The Bible is still 100% the truth but what some ppl are teaching is not actually in the Bible and we were warned of this. Message me any time if you want to talk or study.

I wonder if this is the group that approached me at Target last year. It was 2 young women. They asked if I was Christian and then went into a script about how modern Christians misunderstand the Bible and pointed out a list of contradictions one of them being that the Bible commands that we worship on Saturday instead of Sunday. Is that part of their m.o.?

I want to thank you for doing such thorough research and presenting it to the public. I have recently been approached by a believer of WMSCOG. Your videos have certainly been a beautiful tool to help build me up as a follower of God and equip me with truth from the Living Word. I pray God planted a seed of truth in her heart as a result of our conversation (if you can call it that). My heart is grieved to know the many sheep being mislead. May God reveal truth and rescue them from this bondage. Thank you again, sincerely. Also, your Christmas video was helpful as I struggle with society losing the focus of Christ. It has been an internal conflict for me because when I researched it, the first things I found were lies about it being pagan in root. I was concerned if it pleased the Lord at all. I have a better understanding and peace about it now. Thank you for listening to the Holy Spirit. Praying for your ministry and May God Bless You! Numbers 6:24-26

I’m in Columbus Ohio. Thank you for the video. I watched this a year or two ago as an interesting thing to know and just moved on to another group. I was just approached in a Walmart by one of these people. I pointedly asked what group he was with so I knew how to approach him as I thought he was a “normal” cult. As soon as I heard the church name my defenses went up and I shut down the conversation as I was feeling uncomfortable and couldn’t put my finger on it. As soon as I pulled this up again it all came back. Glad I didn’t engage. Thanks for your content!

Got approach by this group on the island of Barbados this weekend, they focused more on the second come of Christ, the lady was nice, but was slightly aggressive the terms of her keeping talking when I was clearly trying to end the convo and leave, she tried inviting me to bible study, I just told her I was happy at my church, she said how alot of christian churches arent teaching true christianity or something, and that Easter, Christmas etc are pagan festivals that churches celebrate I just repeated myself and proceeded to walk off

I found this video on youtube and I am all set. Coincidentally I was in a bad mood and thought God might have sent her to give me some message, I don’t think it was God who sent her.

I have a friend that introduced me to her “church” she kept saying it was non denomination but would not say the name- I figured ok so I did a few virtual bible studies & they pressed heavily on Passover as the one way to entrance into heaven. I eventually spoke up about it, stated I didn’t want to hurt the groups feelings but I didn’t believe in Passover being the foundation of eternal life. I was told essentially to screw off in the nicest way possible.
I’m glad I spoke up but I was seriously considering delving further into this fabricated religion, this cult. Please don’t feel ashamed for trusting your gut and walking away from things that make you uncomfortable.

I was invited into the church in the same manner! Only difference is that I haven’t been so vocal about my qualms. I’m more so just repeating back everything that they say to me in hopes that I can get this whole Bible study, baptism, and Passover thing over with and finally be able to really delve into the nitty gritty of the church and it’s foundations. I’ve always been interested in different religions and while I’m atheist I figured that this would be a fun way to do some first hand research into a cult and it’s workings. I mean if not now, when 🤷🏽‍♀️

As an x-Seventh Day Adventist, Is there any Cultish episodes about SDA? I feel that there are definitely some Cultic aspects of it, especially when I was young visiting her house and the guide showing us where she saw an "Angel of light". Definitely, would be really helpful if you guys covered that, as the creator of WMSCOG coming from SDA origins, which can feel like a breeding ground for Cults. I do believe some SDAs are most definitely saved, but it feels borderline cultish.

(Full disclosure: I am a memberof the SDA church) Seventh-day Adventism is a little more difficult to group as a cult because it's not monolithic (anymore). It's no surprise to me that cults have grown out of SDAism like WMSCOG and Davidians but apart from Sabbath keeping and vegetarianism it's hard to distinguish some SDAs from any other Arminian protestant. Yes, soul sleep is pretty distinctive and I think SDAs are the only largish denomination that holds to Annihilationsim but I see those as fairly secondary issues. Having said that there are some cult-like issues in parts of the SDA church. If this subject were to be tackled (and I would welcome it) I would suggest that differences within the SDA church with respect to E.G White and other stuff be acknowledged. Again, there are cult-like issues within parts of the church but unlike most cults it is not monolithic.
Just one other example, most cults will have you read and listen to only cult approved books/sermons/etc. Yet I can talk to my pastor and drop names like Piper, Mohler, Sproul etc and not only will they know what and who I am talking about but they'll acknowledge their work/life as good despite some differences in theology.

@@snoopster77 Such a great comment as I think as a denomination it tends to be a bed for cultic growth, but also faithful followers and lovers of God (my father).
