2700 CALORIES NON DITE
➡️BREAK FAST
🛑50g Oats + 250ml toned milk 🥛+ 1 tbps original honey +5g almonds + 5g cashews + 2 whole eggs 🥚🥚
➡️ SNACKS
🛑1 banana + 1 whole egg + 2 egg white
➡️LUNCH
300g cooked rice 🍚+100g chicken breast meat + 150g veggies 🥗+ 5g ghee to cook chicken breast meat
➡️PRE-WORKOUT
🛑2 whole wheat bread + + 1 tbps peanut butter + 1 cup black coffee ☕
➡️POST WORKOUT
🛑 1 scope whey protein
➡️DINNER
🛑300g cooked rice🍚 + 150g paneer + 150g veggies🥗 + 5g ghee to cook paneer
