I can do 1st set - 40
2nd set 30-35
3rd set 25-30
4th set 20-25
5th set 15
To get these numbers i have been consistently doing push-ups from 2 months every day
my count : 1st set =12reps, 2nd set = 10 reps, 3rd set= 7or 8 reps
My count
Normal push-ups 20
And Dimond push-ups 15
And wide push-ups 15
And cobra starch 2minutes.
