Yes we do. I’d like to know how easy it would be to track me. Sometimes I say I’m at a place when I’m really somewhere else because I don’t want that person to know where I am or sometimes it serves my purpose for other reasons

Anyone can get this thing right if you diligently go and find the right source , I have been able to carry out projects like this with some agency , And i have learnt that not everything is shown in these tutorials lately , still need some deep digging .

Back in the mid eighties we use to "war dial". We'd use software where you would input a start phone number and end phone number, usually covering a range of thousands. The software would log all BBS connections, and fax numbers. What we were looking for were private online BBS's. If a person answered the software would just go onto the the next number. It wasn't meant for gathering human information but rather for finding other computer systems that were online. Also did a pile of phreaking.

The problem here is "Spoofing". People are spoofing (using) other peoples phone numbers to call you. So in fact, you might not be finding your text messager, you may be finding the real owner of that phone number. Meanwhile, he is still calling you, text messaging you and so on.

I can understand how you might want to track someone down like this, but along with getting the phone calls to stop, you should demand a reason for why the person kept calling you. That’s what I would want to know.

They usually have an option at the bottom of the page (sometimes it's in the "contact us" part) where you can request that your name be removed. I've done it for myself and other family members on multiple "people search" sites. It took a few days, but when I went back to check, our names were no longer listed.

I need to track my iPhone and have forgotten my appleid password. Apple Support is telling me to wait 27 days and they will get back to me in order to reset my password. They wont let me know what they reviewing nor will they have the so-called Apple Security team contact me nor does Apple Support have a number to reach them, which baffles me given that I work as a CyberSecurity Architect. I just need the password reset done in order to use the find my phone feature on my (I cant believe I am saying this) on a new iPhone. Any help, guidance on working around this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Ok find out who is calling by the phone number on your "caller id " is usefull ! ( What about when the call comes from a outgoing only number Or the person is using a computer to make phone calls ) ???
But what happens if they are using a cloned number? Won’t the information you get be in relation to the real owner of the number?

I’m wondering if you might be able to provide some insight for me. My mom is receiving harassing phone calls from the same person using different numbers. Reverse phone lookup and even paying for results yields nothing. One # comes up as JOE MAMA on CID and in reverse lookup. Reverse lookup also reveals carrier and multiple possible owners. The other comes up as ABBEY DARLING on CID and yields no info whatsoever in paid search results. I really want to catch this little punk, but I’m at a loss what I should do since these are most likely spoofed numbers. Please help if you can! Thank you!

This is definitely a severe problem extreme violation privacy issues and this is a very dangerous if somebody wanted to harm somebody they can simply look up their address this is very dangerous it should be illegal and I don't know why it isn't

Me neither as long as they don't hurt my family or anything like that I don't really care who calls me anymore as long as they don't give any of my private information but if they're my friends they'll ask permission

How are they tracking your location without a phone number for example just by looking at your you tube profile. It has to be possible. I have multiple cameras and basically if someone is dumb enough to come harass me I am armed and ready. I have noticed after my you tube arguments sometimes people park by my house. Your chip must receive signals from at least three satellites to be able to pinpoint your location on Earth. In terms of location services (to speed up the process of pinpointing) if your device is a cell phone and there is a cell phone signal in your area, based on the KNOWN location of the cell tower your phone is registered with - it helps to identify your ROUGH location very fast. However in terms of the precise location down to a few yards only the GPS chip on your phone is used. So it might take a while for your cell phone to get an initial fix if there is no cell service, but after that it will be tracking its location provided there is no obstructions.
