Reinbacher will become a very good...second pairing defenseman; nothing wrong about that. However, he will likely be playing on the top pair with Guhle in a couple of years since they are the two best defenseman prospects they have. While Reinbacher is presently being hyped up by fans /media because of his first goal in the AHL, he would likely just be a mid first round pick if he would have been part of the 2024 draft...like Guhle was a 16th pick back at the 2020 draft. I would not be surprised if Montreal was to draft another defenseman this summer since anyone among the defensemen drafted in the top12 would likely become their best defenseman within 3 years...unless they go for needs gain and overreach by picking a Tij Iginla between 5th and 7th since they need a forward with size...because Lindstrom will be already gone by then !!!
