    Adding this my routine , no intro, no talking , easy simple motions and good progression 💚 definitely be doing this 2 or 3 times on abs days 💚✨ ( or as a good quick morning workout) ☕

    Day 8
    I am Doing it 3 times a Day someday i have done 4 times a day also with 30 Pushups Daily
    And i am seeing great Progress
    My abs are not full clear but now i can squese and then i can se my 3 packs clearly
    Its happening after 6 day
    I will keep doing fir next 90 days

    Day 8 trying this along with
    + 10-12 Normal Pushups
    + 3-4 Diamond Pushups
    + Some school bag lifting 20 times each time
    Will update when I can! 💪

    Height : 6 feet (184 cm)
    Weight : around 50kg
    Strength : I'll be dead!

      @@Mr.EndingUP83 My biceps slightly grew in size, and I have 2 visible abs without being lean, even if I just stand straight the top 2 abs are visible and the difficulty in lifting a bucket of water really decreased, even I was shocked by the results 😅

    14, eating 1500-1600 calories a day, doing a 45 minute workout every other day plus maybe 15-30 minutes of light cardio. This is definitely added to my list!

      Only 1500to 1600 calories? I am also 14 and do weigh lifting and eat closer to the average of 2500-3000 calories

    I’m halfway through my personal abs everyday for a month challenge to see If I can . Have been doing these for a couple of months , a few times a weeks maybe?
    But I only have ever followed Oliver. Because I had 10 mins…. No equipment. 😂

    I've never went to a gym, ever.. But I do physical labor. This is my first time sincer (2015 when I had a herniated disc and watch videos for back stretching). I will follow your video and put it on a usb stick and watch it on my tv. i don't think i can do a 30 days challenge. but i will compensate by doing this video 3 times a day for at least 20 out of 30 days.

    Awesome ab routine, Oli! Suggestion for your next one. For the first half, do a milder version of an ab exercise, then for the second half do a higher intensity version of the same exercise. For example, alternating stars first time through then both legs simultaneous second time through?

    I’ve been doing this for 2 days and I’m gonna see the difference after a week and I’ll update
    Day 1: Wasn’t the best
    Day 2: Still not the best but it’s alr
    Day 3: I struggled but I never paused the video, just stopped a workout 3 seconds early sometimes or stopped for a sec

    Speciment Name - Sayed - 77.7 kg - 5'11" - has no abs, just a tummy
    18/12/2023 - Survived Until 5:00 - Nothing Notable has been seen
    19/12/2023 - Survived Until 5:30 - Nothing Notable has been seen again but felt Refreshed
    20/12/2023 - Survived Until 6:30 - same as 19/12/2023
    1/2/2024 - Happy new year Guys!! had a long break from this workout cuz i wanted to flatten my tummy a bit and is going strong for it, im now at 72.2 kg and will continue doing it
    i will continue my workout from 1-2 weeks from now on

      Happens to me and I'm young I believe it's normal probably just air but if you are worried go to your doctor and see what they say
