- What a ride!
I still can't believe we've managed to hit the 10k mark! It seems only yesterday I posted that very first video of the L1 (something I never planned or thought would continue). Making these videos have been so much fun, and seeing everyone's reaction to what I've done over the last few years has made me so happy.
This video showcases my entire collection! I've tried to make it as short as possible, but this video is a whopper. I've also included some of the highlights from the last few years at the end of the video. Thank you all for making this channel unique and supporting it as it grows.

Impressive.. now, let’s see Paul Allen’s MOCs..
Wow Sam, just wow. I know this may sound weird, but I’m extremely proud of you mate. You’ve grown so much in the community, and are by far the most referred to person in the community. You have always produced amazing builds, even your first ones. They have and always will bring a smile to our faces. You’ve been an idol to my grandpa and myself for a few years, and I can’t thank you enough for your ongoing support to the community. The end was so nostalgic for me. I remember seeing the J72 in the L1 running video a couple years back. That’s where it started for me, and here you are, still going. I hope to continue with CZcams soon, but, you know, school. I can only hope to achieve such goals as you. You’re a true inspiration mate, keep up the great work
Thank you, Seth. I thank you too for your constant support. Hearing that both you and your grandfather were inspired from my videos makes it all worth doing. I'm really glad so many people have been touched by my videos, and have hopefully learned a thing or to so they can then go off on their own -and build their own train models, like yourself. I can already tell from seeing your models that you will be one the greats ;) Goodluck with CZcams, focus on school, and thank you again for supporting the channel. Sammy
@@Britishbricks thank you Sam, although I've got a while to go until the brick build stage😅
BTW, forgot to mention, but your coronation class and deltic look amazing, along with the 4F. I've been recently trying to tackle a BR class 68, but that cab design is a bloody pain to recreate in Lego(⊙_◎)
Also, I'm just now realizing that there is no A4 or austerity tank🤔
I know the A4's going through a rebuild, but what happened the Austerity? I'm guessing it has something to do with the Dean single. And on the topic of the A4;
1. How is it going so far (how much has been completed)
2. Once the A4 is complete, will we be seeing a reattempt of the streamlined P2?
@@Britishbricks also, the peckett, E2, 2mt, and emerald night rebuild
@@Britishbricks I'm also inspired from your engines i worked on an class 37 and 07 so cool your engines!!!!
Where can I find the engines?
Woah! I've never seen models this detailed, Lego or not! This is really inspiring.
I wish I could build lego steam trains like this because they're absolutely amazing
Eternally grateful for the support! Hope you all enjoy the video, and be sure to let me know which MOC was your favourite! Sam
You’re welcome
another great video. can I suggest the BR class 13?
No problem
Is the engine at 3:25 electric
Your welcome
The Prince of Wales is absolutely stunning. I would pay A LOT for that train.
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
Finally here!
Would you be able to do Alfred and Judy the bagnol saddle tanks (Bill and Ben basis)?
Not sure, not really on the to-do list. Thanks!
Awesome, can't wait to see what else is in store.
Thanks mate, plenty more awesome things in store!
BEST lego trains Ever! Absolutely incredible, so much detail, very accurate to the real engines themselves. 10/10
Thank you so much for the kind praise! Sam
I like that v2's sneaky motor placement
What this Guy has achieved with these plastic brick is amazing, i love these mocs!
Now THAT'S a fleet! I still don't know how you manage to climb in subs at a rate like this but I hope it keeps climbing. There's a lot I can say that pretty much everyone else has said so I will simply say, Well Done. A grand well done!!!!
Cheers Luke, you’ve always supported the channel from the start. I’m sure you won’t be far behind for too much longer!
@@Britishbricks and as for favourite model, need I say? XD :P something something coronation
@@TritonBrickRailway hahah surprise, surprise ;P
congratulations Sam!
it was fun to see how you came here, I can still remember back in December 2018 when I rejoined the lego train hobby when I first found your flickr page. I've learned a lot of new techniques and ideas from people like you, carl and scottnick and of course the other LLMTC members ;-) I hope to see more stunning moc's and a nice layout from you in the future!
Tamás
Cheers mate! It’s an amazing community, I think the best part of it is learning from others and sharing new ideas. I love your models too, and have definitely done things inspired by you too. Thanks, Tamás - Sam :)
The linkage work on the LNER 9003 - absolutely incredible!
I love your models, they are always giving me a inspiration to build a Lego British steam loco,i really like your work so much.
You have such a talent! My favourite locomotive would be the p class smallest tank engine and I would really love instructions to build it!
Congratulations! The class 86 and DP1 are definitely my favourites
I'm a sucker for pre-grouping locomotives, Stepney is a favourite and the P class looks great in the grey. I wish there were more of that era, great models.
Thanks mate, I’m a sucker for them too XD although lately I’ve been craving some more modern rolling stock… cheers!
The Coronation Class is gorgeous, now if only you'd built it in red...
Kidding, though it would look splendid, you've done a magnificent job, hope to see more from you soon, cheers mate!
Thanks mate! I’d like a red one, but I have a feeling it would look as good in LEGO for some reason. The dark red colour is very inconsistent. Thanks!
Congratulations on 10k! I am really excited to see more of your awesome builds in the future. All of your trains are really amazing.
Cheers, mate! Who knows what’s to come, only time will tell… thanks again :D
This is one of the best train mocs I've seen
Thank you so much!
You have outdone yourself as always! It's really great to see how far you've come since your earlier MOC'S and how you've improved! All I can say to this line up is wow!
Thanks mate, certainly has come a long way since I started. Glad you liked the line up :)
Excellent Lego collection and congratulations on achieving over 10K subs (I know this was uploaded months ago but still), I love the detail on all of these custom Lego trains. My favorite of these were the “blue train” and the custom Hogwarts Express locomotive. It’s amazing how a CZcamsr can make far more detailed and interesting pieces of Lego train that what LEGO can officially make.
Geez Man! What a load of engines and rolling stock! And you even released this on my birthday? Your engines are amazing and I cannot even come to the level of detail that you have. I’m glad your in this community!
Thanks, Mike - HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Really happy to be apart of the community, cheers 🎉
The coronation class and the deltic both look amazing, and of course so does everything else, congrats on 10K man, well deserved.
Cheers Oscar! I’m loving the colour of the deltic, very different for sure. Thanks :)
Congrats! You are so skilled, keep up the great work!
Thanks mate, means a lot!
Let’s go dude! Massive congrats on 10K! Looking forward to what you have in store
Cheers mate! Likewise!
I love your collection my all time favourite is the LNER V1
Thank you so much! Do you mean V2?
Loved this video. Seeing all those engines in one place is amazing!
Thanks, Matt! It’s pretty fun to see it all come together, nice to look back on too.
Hooray! congratulations for reaching 10k!
Thanks mate!! 🎉
Great job Sam I look forward to seeing great stuff from your channel. Look forward to my channel when I build some more Lego trains.
Thanks mate, I’ll keep my eye out for your videos!
I can't believe some of those are LEGO! Amazing collection and congrats on the 10k milestone!
Thanks a ton, mate!
Congratulations on the milestone, can’t wait to see more from you in the future
Thanks mate, plenty more to come!
Massive congratulations mate! Well deserved. Loads of incredible models. The deltic is probably my favouritest - beautifully built. Heh, wonder if I have a bias towards bulldog nose locos ;D. I love what you did for the nose and cab area. Also, where do you get those fine tape decals?
Many thanks mate! I had a feeling you’d like the deltic ;) A friend cuts them out on his vinyl cutter.
Fantastic work, enjoyed the video, thank you for sharing. Congrats on 10K!!!
Cheers, Pat! Glad you like it :D
Congratulations
I really love all your videos. You always put in so much work!
Thank you so much! I try my best to make them as good as they can be with what I have. Cheers :)
Congratulations!! 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you!!!! 🎉🎉
Amazing Lego trains! Can’t wait to see more.
Congratulations on reaching 10K! And I need to tell you I love that Titfield Thunderbolt model. You put great work and great details in your models!
Thank you! It’s only a small build, but I’ve always wanted to build one. Might need some tweaks in the future, but pretty happy with it for now.
You, my friend, just earned yourself another subscriber. Definitely one of the most talented Lego train designers out there and one I'll definitely be following. Cheers from "Across the pond".
Thank you very much for the kind words and for subscribing!
So, when are you rebuilding the whole of Britain as a railway layout incl every single train that ever ran here lol? Ofc am only joking, but you are so talented, building with plasticard and whatnot as I do is hard, but using large, pre-shaped bricks that you can't mold into the shape you want must be so hard- and Lego isn't cheap
Haha thanks mate! It’s definitely a challenge in the brick. You learn a lot the more you build, and it definitely has been quite the investment over the years (which hopefully I’ll get back one day 😂). Would love to see what your plasticard model looks like! Take care, Sam.
Congragulations on 10k Subs!
Thank you! :D
You’ve got a great collection, and congrats on 10K! Great seeing another British LEGO CZcamsr 🇬🇧
I build British, but I ain't British. My username is so misleading 🤣
I love that you pack so much detail in every modle. My favorite lego train builder.
Thank you so much for saying so! Cheers 🌟
what a wonderful collection 😶👍 cheers on 1Ok & keep up the good work - and here's to another
Thanks mate, will try my best!
Lego needs to see this video!
These look fantastic! My favourites are the 37 and the 04
Excellent choice! I want a few more diesels for my layout, a lot easier to run!
I think the f4 class looks really cool with those green wheels you should keep it that way
Congratulations!
Thank you, mate!
I'm from across the pond and I love you videos. I bet you could make a really cool big boy or a victory us engine but you don't have to I still really enjoy your video. Good luck
Thanks mate! I’m sure I could try, but I’m not sure it’d be as good as compared to some of the amazing US builders out there.
@@Britishbricks there's usa lego engine builders?
Your trains are incredible. I wish I had your trains
Congrats, Sam! On to the next 90k subs.
I love all of these vintage steam locomotives and diesel locomotives
Now this, this is art. I incredibly freaking love these! These must’ve took you years to build all these! Amazing job, bro keep it up! 👍
Biggest congratulations! and thats a giant collection
Thank you!
5:17 fun fact the train from bttf 3 was sierra 3 but also the famous train been in over 100 movies and TV shows and sierra 3 was also been in the polar express (listen to there whistle)
Congratulations on Your 10K Britishbricks I Can't Wait for the Your Lego Town Layout to Be Finished Soon
Cheers! It definitely won’t be done anytime soon, but the journey will be fun!
@@Britishbricks Cool And When Will the A4 Pacific Be Finished
Truly amazing builds! I’m a pretty good builder but I could never be as good as this!
Thanks you Mr. McYeetus!
i love your locomotive builds they are very kewl
Thanks Rosh :D
Cool!
Congratulations
Thanks!
i love the Coronation Class
Thank you! Still a WIP of course, but should look awesome once properly lined and detailed.
Great job
Thank you :)
A lot of your engines look great too
Fantastic locomotives man they look so great my favorites are the olton hall and the v2 class which looks like Henry’s old shape from ttte
Thanks, mate! I love the V2. I built an older version years ago, which at the time was one of my best models. So naturally, I had to do it again. Cheers!
Wow 🤯
petition to get this guy to a million! the trains you are able to recreate is incredible i have recently been trying to make realistic lego trains and its more difficult than it looks!! keep up the great work.
Thank you so much! It's not easy, but with lots of practice it can be done. Cheers :D
Congrats on reaching 10k. Did you know that I have a CZcams channel as well, but my Lego train MOCS are Australian trains and my channel is all about Lego trains mostly.
Also your trains are so detailed and they all look amazing.
@@buildingwithjoshuaturner4837 awesome Josh! I’ll have to check your videos out. Thanks for the support :D
I love your stuff
Thank you :D
Mabel make the hootervill caninball since it is the same engine and for all NYC fans a new york central j class hudson
I’ve always been tempted by something like the J class to build in LEGO. Who knows what I have planned for the future… thanks mate!
Such an incredible journey this has been. I literally was cheering when I saw you had made it to 10k.
My favorite model has to be the l1 class. You did such an excellent job on her.
Out of curiosity, what happened to the ivatt class and the e2? Please don't tell me you scrapped them
Thanks so much mate! I was to believe me 😂 L1 is a beauty, the first real model I made using my current building style. Both of those engines were scrapped for parts sadly, never really liked either of them.
Rest in pieces thomas the tank engine
Congrats!Btw can u build a Philippine train moc ive wanna see one
Don’t know any off the top of my head. Who knows. Thanks! :)
Me.
As sad as I am that you got rid of the E2, Ivatt Class 2 and J72, you stilll have a very impressive collection that I could only make a fraction of the size. Favourites are the 4f, Thunderbolt and the Dean Single.
You need to sell these!!! Outstanding!!!
You really went all out on these Lego trains
I try my best. Thanks :D
Bro I NEED these types of trains
Fabulous
Cool buildings!
Thanks mate!
3:11 Diesel engine nice side, rod movement and it’s smooth
nice train mocs
Thank you!
My god I wish lego would make official sets this good. The only british steamer we ever get is the hogwarts express over and over again, its be nice to even see a Scotsman or mallard as a creator expert set like the Croc they did that one time.
0:49 Nice piston movement
WOW!!!
Thanks!!!
Beautiful ! +1 suscriber !
Woohoo, thanks Paul!
Hey there! Was wondering if you were going to possibly update your Dean single to maybe use the new sized wheels that came out with the hog warts express set
My god I’m just so jealous at what you’ve made
Never too late to start building! Thanks for watching :)
@@Britishbricks well I am rather proud of myself for building the emerald night A3 in black and I don’t even have the set, although it pretty much used all of my black bricks from what I had lying around. I do have a few few lego trains and a load of track but I put them away some time ago, maybe I should get them back out and have some fun from what lego brought to me when I was younger.
The p2 is the best 👌
Agree :)
I'm so impressed by you, I wish I could built one but I just doesn't have the materials
(and skills too, haha)
I’d love to see you attempt the Z400-610 by Mackwell Locomotive company. It’s a 2’ gauge Garrett design meant primarily for transporting sugarcane in an economic and eco friendly manner. I’m also interested to see how you’d tackle the front tender
Wow, thanks for the suggestion! Just spent the last 20mins looking it up and I'm super impressed. Sounds like a great project they've got going. I might not build it but I'd like to follow the progress of the actual prototype. Cheers, Sam
It was a while since I was here watching.
My favourite is the Class 37 and the Diesel Prototype
Thank you! Love my diesels too :)
Cool trains i like it
Thank you! :D
Love the Bundy Fowler. Do you have a parts list and build guide for it?
For the Deans Single locomotive I found some 3d files for giant wheels that would work for that locomotive.
the grey 754 tank engine and the yellow narrow gauge are my favourites. Big Ben sent me some prototype mini wheels!
That’s awesome, I’ll have to get my hands on some soon!
wow bountiful it is inc readable that you can do this so amazing keep up the great work
i ment beautiful and incredible
Thanks Max!
Wow! I go to the R&ER often. I didn't think to see it in this video! Please do the rest of the engines from Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway.
p.s could you please do Mallard?
How did you pin the drivers to the 2L Technic pieces on that yellow Fowler?
I really want to see all these locos in a 10+ loco consist
bro you gotta make Flying Scotsman or Big Boy, your creations are so cool
Thanks! I’ve thought about tackling Scotsman again, just not sure when I’d get around to it.
