Unfortunately, the psychological resource here is so limited! I went to see a doctor this morning but was told that I have to wait at least ONE YEAR to get her therapy!😭
Seriously, there is a commercial every three minutes and if that isn’t over stimulating, I don’t know what is. I have tried to get help from your site before and this is not working.

This lady mentions eye problems in what way I have eye floaters and pain and blurry in right eye ....always in the right its been there months floaters are on the mend some days feels like the right side doesn't want to cooperate with the left is this normal ???
It can be a symptom of stress, including anxiety-caused stress. And yes, it can affect one eye. Floaters occur in each eye separately. That said, we always recommend discussing your symptoms with your doctor to rule out any other cause. If you've done that and your doctor has attributed your eye symptoms solely to stress (including anxiety-caused stress), again yes, stress can cause the symptoms you mentioned.
I have had 3 eye tests in the last 9 months as I wasn't convinced still not but after 3 eye tests think I should be they didn't pick up my floaters ...
Unless you ask specifically about floaters, many doctors don't mention them because they are so common. Since you've had 3 eye exams and nothing unusual was found, stress could certainly be the cause as they are common symptoms of stress, including anxiety-caused stress.
Hi Joshua! We're trying to figure that out, too. The videos we uploaded yesterday (including this one) has automatic closed captions, whereas one we uploaded weeks ago doesn't. I spent some time yesterday trying to sort that out but didn't find out why some videos have automatic cc and others don't. Still working on that.

We'll give it until the end of today to see if cc's are included. If they are, we'll publish it. It cc's don't appear, we won't, as you can listen to it in the Recovery Support area.
These calls are a blessing to us that are suffering. The ads are distracting, but I know money is a thing.

Stacey got COVID that landed him in the hospital for a few days. Thankfully, he's on the mend now.

Is it best to minimize contact and interaction with people that you live with that are constantly negative and critical and talking about politics?
Recovery requires reducing stress. If those people increase your stress, it can be helpful to reduce interactions with them until you feel better.
