To the fellow on the call, if you see this I wanted you to know I had the twitching too and it definitely has gone away over time. Jim is right it is very common and it does go away. I get one little tiny twitch here and there but that's just normal body stuff doing what body's do. 😊 I do have a couple of other lingering symptoms but I hope in time they will vanish too.

Going through the same problem... I went from being afraid of the twitching to being angry and annoyed. I've been dealing with it for 11 months now so I'm not afraid anymore. I do lift weights and I think it has contributed to the twitching but at the same time it has kept me sane, even with all the twitching and random electric shots on my muscles I am now the strongest I've ever been. Really hard to give up, I spend all day sitting down at work and all I think about is leaving at 4:30 to go workout. Funny thing is that the hour to hour and a half I spent lifting heavy weights is the only time I feel great and rarely twitching. As soon as I leave the gym and I go home it starts again.. your videos have helped me a lot by the way. Can't thank you enough for the great content.

I never thought that light could make my eyes so blurry. For 7 months I've had persistent blurry vision worse in right eye as that one feels like it has pressure and twitching. Also have floaters, even looking at the tv I see the writing has a blurr line. My doctors have begged me to let it go so I am. I'm trying very hard but the more light in exposed to the worse it gets. I get constant what if thoughts all day, I get scared if i fully accept and it doesn't go away it's a horrible feeling

My eye has been like that for months to can't explain when it started early summer last year I struggled go out in sunshine I dreaded waking up to open my curtains as the floaters and blurred vision so bad I.ve asked so many people feels like my right eye has had a stroke feels like it doesn't want to work as well as the left eye causes dizziness and anxiety panic...but since I.ve come to terms with it it has relaxed I see loads of floaters some days good some days bad... light is only a minor issue now as I.m resting a lot more my body is calming down but I had tunnel vision black dots blurred ...panic makes it worse I went for 3 different opticians appointments as I never believed the first ...or the seconded till I got a full eye scan done and they couldn't even see my floaters they checked my full eye for diabetes light sensitivity ...I have to come to terms with this stress can do all sorts ....and if its easing now I.ve started to calm it has to be ...

I had such bad eye pain in my left eye for months I was sent for a ct scan. Absolutely nothing wrong so it was put down to my chronic anxiety and OCD. Once I knew I didnt have a brain tumour it went away. It comes back occasionally when I get very stressed but I dont worry I just accept it. Wishing you luck.

I keep having the compulsive thought that doctors may have missed something and that every time a symptom or slight change in symptoms appear, I need to run to the doctors immediately otherwise any underlying medical condition won't be detected. I'm following your recovery strategies but my fear of having a serious illness & running to the doctors each time is hampering my progress. At the same time, I'm scared that if I don't discuss every little thing with the doctors, I may let a serious illness go unchecked. I'm a member of anxiety centre. Can you point me to a resource that would help me deal with this situation?

Understanding anxiety removes the fear of it, and knowing how to reverse and contain anxiety are also important. We explain all of this in the Recovery Support area, and soon on our CZcams, Vimeo, and Tumblr channels.
