That is insane Stephen. My ex wife of 17 years did something similar. It devastated me initially. It caught me off guard. I tried to get mad, stay mad about it. I couldn't do it. I just felt sorrow, and emptiness. It slowly got better. I had to start from ground zero. I lost over 1/2 of my assets, I bet you did too. It has been 4 years now, and I am ok now. It just seems like a bad dream now. I have had zero contact with her since the divorce. I went completely no contact, and am to this day. When I do remember, I just get feelings of anger. You will do well, and grow so much. It does take time to heal. Stay strong.
