I've been a certified diver since 1970 and was an instructor at one time. Sharks aren't a problem unless your spear fishing with your catch attached to your body. in that case we call you bait. Enjoy your videos and glad to see you practice to get better.

I love your disarming personality and your great willingness to learn. Some of your side-eye looks make me bust out laughing as well, like when MJ was talking some nonsense when you were in the car with him in San Diego. By the way, I LOVE SCUBA diving too, but I lost my dive partner probably about 33 years ago now, and my wife is claustrophobic, so I haven't been diving in a long time. Such is life.

Doodle, if you're ever in Southern California don't miss out in diving the Channel Islands. I have dived in some exotic spots. Grand Cayman, Cozumel, but as beautiful as those reefs are, nothing was more exciting for me as the giant kelp beds around the Channel Islands. Also there's some caves depending which islands you go to. I did see some sharks but mostly boring reef sharks. One time, as we were dropping anchor over a dive spot a pod of Orca swam by. I didn't see them in the water during the dive and was more than fine with that. They have huge mouths.

Gosh, i found my twin, you're a biker and a scuba diver!! I'm also a diver, now over 220 dives, mostly in South east Asia, middle-east and FL keys. And I curently own a suzuki v-strom 650 xt, soon to be upgraded (either a bmw gsa 850 or a Husqi 901 norden.
Hi Doodle, it was nice to learn some more facts about you, you've certainly seen the world having lived in five countries, including London, my part of the world, you want to go swimming with Whale Sharks, if ever you do, be sure to strap on your GoPro, so we can all come along with you, I'm sure it would be fascinating. I would not have guessed Dominican. Very pretty regardless of what nationality. It's encouraging to see someone enjoying life.
I always tell people who're afraid of sharks, "People are afraid of things they don't understand." This doubles for the hobby of motorcycling.
Same with guns, sky-diving, whitewater kayaking...
I know sharks and that's why I'm scared of them and avoid them.

Carolyn, I just watched your video on why people go to Sturgis, and I must concur to your findings. I have been to every Rally since 1973 because I moved to Rapid City in 1973. Most people here during the Rally don't respect these roads, and that is a costly mistake.

I went to Dominica, horse riding on the beach, helped the staff pick fresh fruit, went on a lift up a steep mountain, loved it! 🙂👍🏽

Doodle On A Motorcycle Oh goodness. Thank you for the reply. Wonderful place to dive. If you go, try String Ray City and the Kittiwake wreck. Both are easy and fun dives at reasonable depths. Cobalt Coast is a nice, dive specific resort. Reef Divers is the on location dive shop. They are excellent.
Interesting ethnicity. Might be a small factor in your charm, but your smile, eyes, and especially your expressiveness are your main features. You’re fun to watch while you present interesting content.

I love scuba diving too! I just dove a bunch of Cenotes in the Yucatan and some artificial reefs off the coast of Sarasota Florida. I can't stop diving and I may like it more than riding.....wait... did I just say that 😳

This was a very interesting video. I agree that swimming and diving with sharks is fun. I was in Hawaii and had to do "ditch and don" exercises in a hammerhead breeding ground during breeding season and none of us were even bothered or touched by these sharks (They are rated as the second most dangerous and aggressive sharks with Great White being the most aggressive and dangerous). I agree with you that if you do not aggravate the sharks they will not usually bother or bite you. As for the ethnicity I do not worry about ethnicity as it has little to do with anything that really matters such as character and honesty. I would rather look at someone's actions to form any opinion about them with what they say as a close second.

I guessed French / Native American for your ancestry! Your beautiful regardless! Wish the best that life has to offer for you because you have such a cheerful soul! I am to old for you so don't get any ideas! LOL Your video's remind me of when I was young and always wanted to go on road trips riding a bike. Instead I joined the military and saw the world from a different perspective. Over all I found the military a positive experience and recommend it to all young men that don't know what they want to do with their life, just stay away from special force duty. Special forces are highly trained but the secrecy of most of their missions takes a heavy toll that the recruiters don't tell you about.
I have 5000+ dives mainly cave diving :) i recommend to you Bulls Shark feeding in Playa Del Carmen, i was a dive instructor for a year at Club Med in Punta Cana :) when i was 18 yrs old .....now i fly to D.R often as a Airline pilot ....life is adventure
