“I’ve got a banging headache” - Gary
Wrighty comes in singing at the top of his lungs, perfect comedy moment!
"What's up Gary? What ya done!"

Give Gary his due he pretty much called it. Take a chance on Varane and Martinez, being fit, pack the midfield with Amrabat, Mainoo, McTominay and Fernandes and play Rashford and Garnacho upfront. He got it 100% correct 🙌
Nice T Roy
Nooo he said playing varana and Martinez would be too risky
He was also pushing for Hojland and forgot about Garnacho
Carra called it, not Gary.
Carra called the defence , Gary called the midfield.
If the world was full of Ian Wrights we’d all be living in a Utopia, man.

Ferguson won 8 out of 11 in the first premier league years and was outspent in 9 of those 11 seasons. United 7th highest spenders over all in the 90s.
yeah but that money was EARNED by United through ticket sales and such, you forget United is one of the most popular football clubs in the world if not the most popular. That money was theirs to spend and they spent it wisely. Unlike City’s infinite foreign money pool.
@@RishabhxSharmaread his comment again, i dont think he said what you think he said.
7 of the first 9 too. City need to win next year to match that.
This “spending” thing drives me mad. People look at net transfer spend or, worse still, don’t even take outgoings into account. But wage bill is hugely relevant also. “Spend” should account for annual cost of the playing and coaching staff on any given season. Ferguson was a great manager, but to suggest he was doing it all on a mid table budget in the 90s is farcical
The fa cup segment has aged magnificently 😂
The admiration in the way Keano looks at Wrighty is properly heartwarming, true friendship between them two
Riggs & Murtaugh level of friendships right there
Best mates
Wrighty is the only one that gets an invite to Roy's house, genuine affection between them.
“But then If I don’t pick Ferguson people think it’s personal” 😂😂😂 love Roy
That's cause it is Roy 😂 he knows very well Fergie takes that crown. If Pep stays in the league for as long as Sir Alex and what they've won then I'll understand if he says Pep

@@thuo1000 you think pep could win a super cup with aberdeen?😂 football didnt start 10 years ago mate
League is far more competitive now compared to those days, don't think Fergui would have much success, but pep would have had a field day in those times
Coming from a Man Utd supporter. Maybe he choose to go to city and build it from scratch so nobody can say it was on a plate for him instead of going to United and continuing Fergui's legacy, or didn't want to flopping like Moyes haha
Pep is out there on his own.
“what causes a headache”
Wrighty: you need water
Roy: stress
Jamie: a night out
and Gary just has a banana 💀 idk why this sums them up perfectly
I don't know why Carra said a night out. For Neville, a night out is 8pm
Just because the football ends doesn’t mean this show should stop, every time it’s on it never disappoints, brilliant concept from Neville the perfect people to have on as well.👍🏻
From our point of view, sure. But the gentlemen deserve a break

Jaimie needs to understand that United were only sixth highest spenders in 90s in Prem era and won 6/8 times.
Exactly the fact that Pep is even in that top 5 list is a shambles. You can’t be included in these greatest lists when you’ve been at a club built on dodgy financial doping. A lot of the Man City players signed over the last 15 years would not have been there if they’d played by the rules. The list should be these three only. 1. Fergie. 2. Klopp. 3. Wenger.
Stop it with this nonsense, they had the highest wage bill of the 90s, acting like net spend is an indicator of the manager's quality is farcical. If you bring in a billion pounds and spend 999 million, then beat the tar out of a team that brought in 100 million and spent 105 million, are we supposed to consider you some sort of tactical mastermind for winning on 6 million less net spend??? Alex Ferguson was a great manager and no one denies it but please stop with these non-facts that just obfuscate.
We need a special 1-hour episode of just Gary replaying the clip of Jamie laughing and saying 'you have absolutely no chance winning this game' and zooming in on Jamie's face. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Gary you are a legend!
Roy's beef with Sir Alex is deep 🤣🤣🤣
I love how the show started professional and not everyone is so chilled and winding each other up. Best think about it is it’s like 4 mates just chatting in a pub about football
52:49 "You've got absolutely no chance of winning this game" - Jamie Carragher
To be fair. Carra isn't the best pundit in the game. Most of what he says is either biased or bullshit
Dude was way off on his opinions todya…
I believe Gary Neville's point on Pep and 115 charges is the most logical answers to give.
If Pep managed and bought the same players to United or Chelsea you would all praise him. Thats the problem
@@Terminator6364 did you hear what he said ? Maybe listen carefully, no one is doubting his ability as a manager but the success at City is build on a foundation which was sort of shortcut, maybe if he had tighter budgets he would have taken more time… these are all what ifs but it sure does make a decent point that 115 charges do play a significant role if we’re talking Pep for PL alone… but never in doubt Pep is amongst the best managers in football history.
@@limi.First of all none of the charges are proven and the leaks this week suggest City will be cleared within the calendar year 2024 but we’ll have to wait and see. I agree with Carragher, nearly all of the charges, the most serious ones anyway, are pre-Pep.
What it’s done, if City are guilty and it’s a big if right now, is drag them up to compete with the top 4 and build a foundation to go and get Pep.
If Pep went to Chelsea, Utd or even Arsenal… he’d have had at least a similar budget to what he’s had. Since he’s been there those three clubs have spent more.
It’s not his fault if the side he chose to go to had accounting breaches before he arrived.
Every Stick to Football intro: Everyone laughing at Gary, Gary and Carra arguing, Keane angerly putting his view across and Wright capturing everyone's heart.
Don’t forget the obligatory Ferguson digs throughout the vid from Keane lmao
This format will get tired though soon enough.

Wenger so underated. How the hell he kept qualifying for the champions league and balancing the books with that albatross of a stadium round his neck is beyond me.
Also totally changed English football. His impact is so much more than just trophies
@@rigsby1454 100% agree
He also won three PLs in 22 years, which is a better rate than Klopp’s one PL in 9 years.
Arsenal’s best manager but it went south during in the second half of his spell. We couldn’t compete for the league but he should have always played our strongest team in the cup competitions and we wouldn’t of had that massive trophy drought

Exactly.
People applaud Klopp for coming second against Pep and the City juggernaut.
Wenger came out of nowhere and won 3 titles against Fergie and the United juggernaut.

What Ferguson did at both Aberdeen and United is insane. Talk about building winning teams from crumbling ruins.
And Wenger at arsenal. He built Arsenal. And Klopp at Liverpool. Took over an average team... a cup team with a few talents.
Pep on the other hand has come to a buffet of talent and clubs with structure both at barca, bayern and city. Yeah its a quality trait to handle that many stars and keep squad harmony and winning mentality over several seasons..... BUT... he`s playing Football manager with cheatcodes tho

The Wenger disrespect is crazy. He revolutionized the PL in terms of player imports, diet and nutrition, tactics and financial stability. The PL product wouldn't be what it is today without Wenger. Crazy.
