RG Holden Colorado or Trailblazer crank pulley removal

couldnt find any guides or help so decided I'd upload to help others
The crank pulley bolt is extremely tight and left hand threaded.
the locking tool I used is a essentially a piece of flat bar with 2 holes in it that line up with 2 of the 4 holes in the crank pulley
