Have started making this Tool Tool to remove Harmonic Balancer or crank pulley on bi turbo rangers and other fords www.trademe.co.nz/4780024587 caution without a tool like this you will damage the pulley. do not use a 3 legged puller.

couldnt find any guides or help so decided I'd upload to help others The crank pulley bolt is extremely tight and left hand threaded. the locking tool I used is a essentially a piece of flat bar with 2 holes in it that line up with 2 of the 4 holes in the crank pulley 2.8 GM LWN engine

What's the largest tire you've run on these with the stock setup like this. Can you go larger?
Do the flares sit under lining and mud flap for the rear fenders or over lining and under mud flap?

Did you find you got any check engine lights with the cats removed once you drove it? And did you need extension harnesses for both sides or just the drivers. Good vid mate

Good video, i installed mine and replaced engine mounts but hard left driving the motor moves right just enough to skim the steering shaft. Yours there appreared pressed dimpled at that point?
How should the parts hold if they are only screwed below? They are only on the outside of the fender at the top, and are not glued there, as with other manufacturers. What happens at 100 km/h on the highway?
They won't come off even at top speed of these rangers they are pushed onto the fender then the screws hold them. Very firm and flush fitting. I don't know about other brands though

The XLT front looks way better than the Wildtrak. Ford bungled this new ranger design, especially on the Wildtrak.

great work mate, I was actually thinking of doing all this to my R32, or giving it to a shop to do. Still not sure which way I am going to go about it (most likely going to go to the shop due to time needed) but this does give me some good confidence to do it myself. Good video and nicely detailed. What happens when you have a arb bullbar fitted. The front short part of the flare is what I'm taking about ?
I haven't done one but I'm guessing you just need to cut down the front flare to the correct length and possibly use additional screws to secure the flare

I have found an easier way too remove and replace the handles on the ford ranger/bt50. There's a black pin that holds the handle in place behind the frame, remove that and the handle will fall out, then reinsert with new handle 💪👍
