Citrix- Xendesktop Toolbar is missing

  • In this video, I tried to troubleshoot the issue users are experiencing after connecting to Xendesktop VDI machines, they notice that the Xendesktop toolbar is missing on the top, checked the configuration in Storefront console and made the necessary changes to solve the problem.

    How can we connect to the storefront server to get the multiple options like enable desktop viewer? It's not provided in our system!!

      Check if user gets the same problem on other machines, ask user to connect on any other users working computer and see.

      Check if user gets the same problem on other machines, ask user to connect on any other users working computer and see.

      @@TechGuyCitrix I am an affected user for the same, I recently changed my laptop. I have installed same version Citrix Receiver in both the laptop. In new laptop tool bar is missing, but when I login to Old laptop it is available. Please let me know if any other way to resolve this issue. Thanks

      @@manmohandas6556 Did you install citrix workspace or receiver? try downloading a different version, Citrix Workspace app 1912 LTSR for Windows

      @@manmohandas6556 You are connecting to Citrix through Edge browser or Chrome? install other browsers and test it through them.

      I have the toolbar on my desktop computer in the office but not on my laptop. I have called IT 6 times and no one knows how to fix it.
