Already done .. I could not see Citrix connection manager as you have.. what can be done .. my office admin need to install the Citrix receiver correct ?

Are you trying to open a Citrix application from the web browser or? With my experience I know trying to launch a Citrix application from Chrome may not work why opening it in Internet Explorer works without a problem.
Are you receiving any any error message? If yes please send a screenshot.

Hi Nishanth, Before you reinstall Citrix, you will need to remove the other version from your computer if not you will keep getting that message.
If you have removed Citrix and keep getting the error message, please check your registry to make sure all strings and value related to Citrix are deleted.

While I'm uninstalling/removing the Citrix application I'm getting error message as " There is a problem with this windows installer package.A program required for this install to complete could not be run.contact your support personnel or package vendor .

@@soniyajaganathan2611 How many users are using the computer? When you install citrix, its installed in the users profile.
Probably Citrix must have been installed in another users profile.
Please check how many users are login to the computer and see if you can remove it from the users profile. Or check "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files" to see if Citrix folder is still located there. If yes, delete de folder and try to re-install it again.

Hello, which browser are you using? If you are using Google Chrome to open a citrix application while not try Internet Explorer. Can you also check if the default apps that is linked to Citrix?

@@Kelvglobal Well, I don't know where to start, I installed it and I could not open any app, then I uninstalled it and try to install it again and now it won't, everytime it says " the requested operation has failed, to see more information click view log, contact the help desk and provide the log information."
