This did not help me . I am just unable to spot the files . I tried deleting them manually as well.
I am trying to install citrix workspace I have followed the same steps but still I am getting the same error ( The requested operation has failed )

How many user´s are using this computer? Before you try to reinstall Citrix Workspace, you have to remove all folders related to Citrix from the C-drive. Probably someone else have installed Citrix on his name with the same device. You can use this link as a guide czcams.com/video/IbkHmvkry2E/video.html to remove Citrix from your device, it also shows how to remove it from the registry.

@@pavinrk1177 That maybe correct that citrix is not in the control panel but checked the folders program files in your C:/drive if there is any folder related to citrix. Also do a search in your registry if Citrix is still there.

I just resolved the same problem with Citrix workspace error today.
Probably when you install Citrix Workspace, the app was installed as an administrator or other user. Citrix workspace is supposed to be installed on users profile.
You will need to check program files C:\Program Files (x86) and delete Citrix Folder before trying to install Citrix workspace again.
It must be installed on the present logon user.

I have used the same process 2x to resolve problems with users in my company and it works.
After uninstalling Citrix and using Receiver Clean up Utility. Make sure you check your program files folders to see if there are folders of Citrix.
If there are any folders, delete them manually before reinstalling Citrix Workspace or Citrix Receiver.
I just resolved the same problem with Citrix workspace error today.

Hi Carlo, are you using citrix receiver or citrix workspace? have you tried to reset Citrix?
Which browser are you using to open the application? you can try a different browser than what you are using at the moment.

Hi Akshay, Sorry for the late reaction. I was on hoilday.
Are you trying to reinstall Citrix Workspace or Citrix Reciever? You will need to uninstall Citrix before using the Clean-up Utility to remove left over of Citrix from your computer. Restart the computer and reinstall Citrix again. Please confirm if you were able to resolve the problem.
If other methods were used than this video to resolve the problem please don´t forget to reply as well.
