I don't how I stumbled on your video but it really saved me. Nice one, bro 👌. I've been having issues downloading/installing Citrix workspace after a recent Citrix update request. Even my company IT guys couldn't resolve the issue. I followed your instructions and removed all current files/folders and hey presto, the new installation works.

@@Kelvglobal Are we removing only files / folders in the registry? When I search Find under HKEY_LOCAL there are a lot of strange folders with "Citrix" in the data, should I delete those folders or the data saying "Citrix" in it?
For instance, I'm finding a lot of Citirx mentions in the record. Just delete that too?

But can you please tell me what could be the reason that I have to uninstall and install citrix everytime in order for it to work.
It works and then when I try to login second time, it shows exact same error.
It tries to open nglauncher but then nothing works

Hello Kevin, I have a problem, whenever I try to open an ICA file with Citrix,it always gives the prompt of "Allow Citrix to make changes to system" . It shouldn't ask everytime right? And if I click yes,it says Citrix is already installed and so the installer will exit.

@@RiyaSharma-bb4mc hey hi, this was a year ago so I don't remember exactly. but I think I uninstalled everything and deleted everything properly. After that I used the CitrixCleanupUtility. Then I reinstalled everything. This is my best guess.

My ico file doesn’t allow Citrix receiver as an option despite app search
Hi Kelvin, this video is really very helpful in deleting all citrix related files. After following the steps what you showed in the video, in my laptop I see some files stored under Registry Editor, when i try to delete there is popup message saying "deleting certain registry values could cause system instability". Can I still proceed to delete these files? Please advise.
Thanks for watching my video and contacting me. The pop message you receive is a standard warning message you receive when deleting file from the registry. You can go ahead and delete the file.
If you are worried about your device, you could make a back-up of the registry file that you are about to delete.
After deletion and something goes wrong, you can restore the registry. But I guarantee you that nothing will happen to your device
mine is giving error that it is linked to another program ? what does it mean ?
