    I had an all right shoulders work out this morning. I also had an all right night of sleep last night. I added two more minutes to my cardio session this morning. I did 22 minutes on the stairmaster at level 20 and that is what I will be doing each day this week.
    Next week, starting on July 1, will be my peak week. I’m going to decrease my protein grams by another 10 g. But I’m going to be adding a second meal each day plus my one meal on Thursday, July 4. Every day I’m gonna consume an extra pound of ground lamb +2 tablespoons of ghee. This is to help give me more energy throughout the week, boost my metabolism, give me more protein to help aid and muscle recovery, and help reduce cortisol because of how low my calories have been the past several weeks. I can tell I’ve been more stressed due to eating such little and only one time a day. I want to get those stress levels down to help eliminate any potential water retention. My body is holding onto.
