    I had another not so great night of sleep last night. I did toss and turn throughout the night. Just like the other day, my workout this morning was not the greatest. I just wasn’t 100% mentally there and just was trying to struggle and get through the work out. I hadn’t done this chest and back workout in about six weeks and I definitely felt weaker. my heaviest set, I had to drop the weights to rest for a few seconds before I could finish out the set.
    It was nice eating the extra pound of ground lamb and 2 tablespoons of gear yesterday! I’m looking forward to eating it again today! Hoping that these added calories this week will eventually lead to feeling better in my lifting sessions.
