    I had a better night of sleep last night, still not perfect though. It has felt very nice to be able to eat more the past few days. I have not felt nearly as cold as I have the past few weeks. This morning, I finally felt a boost and energy in my leg workout. I’m not as moody because I have more food in my system. And overall, I just feel better and less stressed out.
    I get to have my ketogenic re-feed meal tomorrow. Tomorrow’s calories are going to clock in very close to 4200 calories! I have not eaten this many calories in one day in over six months. It’s going to be interesting and how my body responds to all of these calories and sodium. I am doing this to help my body fill up and peak for day six.
