    I had a really good night of sleep again last night. I did my build back and bicep workout for the first time in two months today and felt pretty good doing it. I felt nice and strong. I think I’m starting to embrace the mindset that as my calories start to go back up , I will start to feel stronger and be able to push heavier weights around with much more ease in the past few months.
    I’ve really been struggling the past few days with that little voice of my head. Now that I am officially in the reverse diet and I attained my goal of 7.9% body fat, that is trying to get me to eat all kinds of sweets and fast food that I haven’t had in months/years because I attained my goal and now there is no “goal“ anymore. I am looking for any type of little goals that I can set my sites on to keep me accountable and to stop me from any potential going off the rails.
