To be clear, its the left and right sides coming from the nose and ending on either side of the base of Vader's triangular-shaped mouth which should be completely straight but on these helmets, they are curved slightly inward which to me sticks out like a sore thumb.
I totally see it, they must have made compromises for size constraints? I still love the helmet, looks great on a detolf shelf.

The helmet has too many phenomenal features to list. I love the details inside and out, and the fact that the breathing sound is different when the facemask is separated from the collar. It even looks cool when you’re wearing it. Now you have to wear it for the entirety of the next 3MML Live stream... while eating 😉

Great helmet. DV’s helmet and mandos was the only ones I couldn’t resist getting. Love the red eyes and more silvery part in the neck piece.

It's a slippery slope...I couldn't resist the Empire Strikes Back Fett helmet a few years ago. Then I absolutely had to have Mando's helmet... Then I promised my daughter I'd buy something 'girly' next and she loves Owls....so obviously it was Bo Katan's helmet...then last week my new Vader helmet arrived, much to my wife's delight! Struggling for space but man, they look so freaking cool on display together! I'd love a tie fighter helmet, shore trooper or a death trooper next..

Great video!! I’ve been contemplating one for a while. Keep doing what your doing bro and don’t listen to all of these “experts” who are making needless comparisons. I’ve tiptoed into the work of costume replication and have encountered the same issues. There are some people who make it needlessly difficult and boring. You are obviously excited and enjoy your experience! Keep it up!

The most obvious problem from the previous version was not changed - the triangular nose/mouth shape still has the curved-in sides while the real on-screen Vader helmet has perfectly straight sides to it. The on-screen Vader "triangle" mask part has completely straight left and right sides while the old and now this 'new' version still has the incorrect right curved-in sides. A big blunder like this cannot be overlooked! I don't get how no one else can't see this?
Great insight, I can see what you are describing. I think they did it so that the helmet is able to fit in a detolf sized shelf.
Great unboxing, I'm sure it'll make a superb display piece with the saber.
I've only got the classic Boba, although I'm tempted by Bo Katan's.
There's a danger though, buy more than one and forever will they dominate your destiny...

Looks great Dude! I've considered getting this helmet but don't want to get sucked down the rabbit hole! LOL. I have the Mandalorian Black Series helmet and I think that's enough for me. I almost bought the Boba Fett helmet on clearance for $80 but held off. Good video! Enjoyed watching it!

I have the earlier version and when you attach the upper piece to the mask it makes the air sealing sound.
But, I do like those red lenses

Just a bit of advice on the neck straps; pick one side to open from, as I believe the posts will wear over time.

Its just a respray i was disappointed but it does have a neck piece...if you dont have the first version i would get this ...hasbro have surely got enough references to get the front right

This helmet is absolutely nothing like the actual prop helmets. Face is to wide and the dome is undersized.
