Really enjoyable and informative video! Only thing that was missing that I would have liked would have been a look at who would likely take up positions in the back 4 and midfield roles in Ten Hag's best XI, as you did with the winger and striker positions.
My own take on it is that the back 4 next season will likely be:
Shaw Lord Maguire Varane Dalot
with Lindelof, Bailly, Telles and Wan-Bissaka on backup. Wan-Bissaka has wasted his chance to be considered as United's first choice right-back with poor performances this season, Dalot has shown himself to be much more consistent and far less error-prone. Telles has performed well in the left-back role overall, and may become first-choice on the left if Shaw has lost form in his time in recovery. An extra ambidextrous full-back may also be needed this summer to provide some depth of rotation.
In regards to the midfield, with Pogba and Lingard most likely leaving in the summer, United look a little thin in their central midfield options. Donny van de Beek coming back from Everton will be a boon and he'll likely have the best time under Ten Hag out of anyone in the squad.
But aside from him, United's only other options are Fred & McTominay. Personally I'd like to see Kelvin Phillips scooped up and I know there has been talk of him moving to OT recently (Metro, 01/05/22), and I hope Ten Hag is watching him carefully in the World Cup this summer. If United DO get Declan Rice as well (though I doubt Moyes would let him go), I feel like they will be a monstrous pairing in midfield, and a huge threat to any EPL defensive unit. Those speculated purchases aside, United's current lineup may look like this:
Fred
Van de Beek
with McTominay on rotation. If United were to get Phillips or Rice, I think either of them would oust Fred for the CM role, with VDB retaining his holding ball-winner role in either case.
Also Tifo seems to have missed out highlighting the most likely first choice contender for the central attacking midfield role. United were relatively flush with options here compared to other positions, with Fernandes, Lingard, Fred and Mata all capable of playing the position, as well as Hannibal Mejbri as an understudy. But with Mata confirmed to be leaving and Lingard looking likely to leave as well, it leaves the position looking more strapped for options.

I would love it if you guys made a prediction for the Manchester United squad, who goes, who stays and who comes in to fit Ten Hag’s style of play (even if he’s flexible which he has proven)
You could both do a sort of dream transfer window and a more realistic.

United need an overhaul. The only players I'd like in our XI are Sancho, Bruno, DDG, Varane and Rashford (but Rashford needs to improve massively to become a starter. If he stays at the level he is right now next season, he should be replaced and dropped). I am worried that the glazers won't invest enough into the side for an overhaul to be successful, and I don't think they'll have the patience through the time we're rubbish. So we'll either stay where we are or get even worse. This isn't anything against Ten Hag, but just the fact that our structure isn't good enough, and our only hope is that the glazers and Richard Arnold listen to Rangnick and don't sack Ten Hag at the first opportunity

• @michaelmeyers11

Big doubt on DDG. Has none of the qualities that Ten Hag wants from his keepers. Agreed on rashford, imo he needs to be sold. He's just not improved and his decision making is still awful. Will be interesting how he fits in sancho and bruno as well.

@@michaelmeyers11 I get your point, and if ten hag wants to get rid of him, get rid of him. But if we do replace him, he should be one of our last sales, as he has been world class this season, we probably can win the league with him if we improve else where and none of our other players can play out.
The way I’d deal with it is other the next 3-5 years, rebuild the squad and train de gea to make play out. Once the process has finished (if that ever happens), make a decision on whether he’s good enough at it, and maybe get a replacement. But we need to focus on other areas first.

The results are not the problem that is bothering fans. What fans have an issue with is the way the team for the last several seasons has been playing pointless football with no real sense of direction.
Rang nick was brought in and the fans thought he would come in and shake things up and start playing attacking football only to be greeted with the exact same style of play. I cannot believe that Utd cannot play football with five professional midfielders to pick from with a value in excess of €150 million. To the point they cannot even make a simple pass of the ball.

Looking at this tactical profile, I think ten Hag is a good pick for what United thinks they are, but not the best for the team they are. His tactics are very aggressive and based on Eredivisie logic that Ajax really should be winning almost every game. United are not that team. There's too much competition from good sides, and even the "mediocre" sides like Crystal Palace can challenge the traditional big six, and that's not something Go Ahead Eagles are likely to do. I think he's gonna get a very big wake up facing Arsenal or Spurs, and even more so Chelsea, Liverpool, and City. I can't see United qualifying for the CL next season.
