The blueprint is gold! I used to struggle with panic and anxiety for most of my life and this has made a huge difference! It really does work to desensitize the nervous system. Yes it takes time and effort but it's worth it. Long term freedom 😊

93 percent feel normal except for 1 or 2 symptoms daily 9 months later. I feel all because of the advice from these videos

    Great video
My first panic attack was in a specific room in
My home. So it turned out for the next 3 months all my panic/anxiety attacks were at home
    At month 5 it stopped
My body tried to give me panic attacks out in public on mass transportation but I refused to loose it out in public and embarrass myself. So I just stayed right there on the train. I never really have anxiety or panic attacks outside because I go out everyday since day 1
9 month anniversary I have 1 or 2 symptoms I feel daily/intermittently comes and goes but generally I feel 93 percent normal/pre first attack because of the advice here

I was literally just sitting down and suddenly had worrying thoughts, adrenaline rush to my chest, palpitations and felt sick with it, it was all very random.

You should make a video on death anxiety fearing it or fearing it for others like family. Struggle with this one a lot

Accept the fact that you will die one day and if you die of natural causes you may not see it coming so accept that. If you die tomorrow you maybe die and it might be instant. So learn to accept that something has helped me is cling onto my faith and life after death I recommend if you don’t know the Lord yet. But if you do refuse to accept the Lord and want to live like the world just accept that it will happen, and if it does you may not see it coming unless you get terminally sick then you will see it coming but I’m sure that’s a whole other story. My Faith driven advice is that I was not meant to be here long, one day I must go back to where I belong, and meanwhile Learn to Love my God, learn to become like God, accept Jesus and his promises afterlife. And don’t love the things of the world for they too will pass away hope that helped

True. it's a fight. We all have it.
You have to be strong and call it's bluff
Your chest hurting. Go for a run
You feel an atack coming tell yourself ok but i will punish you with a 2 mile run 🧠 either you calm down or we going for a 2 mile run brain. Your choice
Scared to go outside. Get a job that requires you to be outside every single day
You feel dizzy. Go outside go for a walk.
Tension headaches. Tell yourself this easier than those panic attacks 😅 lol
Go get checked with doctor first though
Once they tell you nothing wrong with you call anxiety bluff and believe the doctors

After watching the video, I searched for adrenaline surges and it was part of the article stated that having a lot of adrenaline surges and chronic anxiety will lead to hypertension damage to the heart, and increased risk of heart attacks and strokes, and that freaked me out! I'm afraid of high blood pressure and it will terrify me!
