First of all, thank you so much for your all this amazing work content!!! I will tell you again, you are saving lives!! I really want to work with you. I have one question what is the difference between the jumpstart recovery program and the mentorship BBP program? how can I determine which one it's more suitable for me??

Omg, what a ride! I think I can write that I recovered. 4 months without major setback. The last one was just pure hell and nightmare. But if it comes up then fuck it, everything is fine as it is. Listen to Shaan, Dare, Vacate Fear, gather knowledge and do what you always did before you fell into spiral ! You've got this mates ! ^^ Happy healing!

Because he likely does understand better. He learned through personal experience. He searched out information, applied it and benefited. Then he has helped so many others recover. I learned and applied what I learned and totally understand my body and anxiety in a whole new way. 😊

As a 52-year-old and someone who has learned to function with some levels of agoraphobia and panic disorder. I never thought someone half my age would make so much sense and have a level of understanding as this guy. I might look into reaching out. 👍

I agree! Shaan your dedication to helping anxiety sufferers is admirable. Thank you so much for caring. No one gets someone who’s going to though anxiety than someone who’s has actually gone through it. Shaan you need recognition for what you’re doing for mental health around the world.

I loved this video. I’ve been watching your videos and struggling to get out of agoraphobia for 2+ years. I’ve tried EMDR it made my anxiety and sensitivity come back after getting a lot better. So I stopped and haven’t really went anywhere since. It’s been a couple months now. I’m really desiring to get out again but just so not ready to have another bad setback. This video is what I need right now. I need confidence in my body and I’ve had a terrible time finding that in the past few years. I probably definitely need to get on jumpstart

Never stop, that is the key of getting better. If you do something and you have symptoms, means that you are advancing. If you don't feel anything you are not advancing. Move to a new place, start something new, that is what I did, I moved to a different country and I got better. Shaan knows what he is talking about, if you need help he will help you.

How do I desensitize my nervous system when I have 24/7 anxiety like it’s in my chore. Thank you. Also, every time I try to rest I get these little jolts of panic.and can never seem to rest.

I Hope you are doing better now! Anxiety really Just tricks you into thinking that you have it 24/7 but you probably do have some calmer Moments. Try to still do Things (that you enjoy or have to do) and Accept that you have anxious Feelings while doing it. Over time it will desensitize because you are teaching your nervous system 'its Not a big Deal! You can still do everything you want to do even with Symptoms, there is No danger.' during acute anxiety or panic attacks it helped me to Control my breathing but other than that, dont Take your anxiety to serious! Its unpleasant but Not Dangerous

Hey! I fell into a phase about 3 months ago but fell into the loop about 4 years ago… I promise it gets better. Gotta go back to doing the things you like to do, for me it felt like stepping out of the house was dangerous, now I travel places! Just have to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and pray.
