Generally, tinnitus treatment sounds are constant noise sounds or simple tones. I composed this music in the hope that by combining these sounds into music, I could create a sound that is easier to listen to.
🗒️ How to use
Either speakers or earphones can be used.
Please set the volume to a level where you can faintly hear the tinnitus.
If there is no discomfort, there is no problem hearing with only one ear.
If you listen louder than necessary, you may feel the tinnitus louder after you stop the playback.
⏳ How long Time?
It depends on the condition of your ears and your tolerance to sound. Do not listen for long periods of time from the beginning but start with short periods of time, such as a few minutes, tens of minutes, or hours, and increase the playback time as you check for any discomfort or fatigue in your ears.

It's loud, high pitched and irritating as hell. I'll never know what silence sounds like. Tell me how "accepting" this is gonna help me win anything?

Unfortunately it didnt take away my tinnitus, the music helped reduce it for a time and is about the only thing that will allow me to sleep.

The ringing didn’t completely stop but after about 5 minutes it brought me some relief that I haven’t had in YEARS
I had no idea this was a thing. 5 minutes, and I was able to lay down in complete silence. I can't even remember the last time I was able to do anything in complete silence.

Finally some peace, 20 mins in and its masked my tinnitus and that's not happened in the 5 years I've had it, listened before bed last night having done some tinnitus massages and went out like a light which is rare and typically takes many hours of physical exercise otherwise. It's so overwhelming having tinnitus and makes me feel autistic, maybe I am... stupid things like washing machine fast cycles, alarms, dogs barking and something new everyday can just send me over the edge, this really is no way to live but I'm so grateful to the music creator for giving me something to drown it out!
I really hope others find this same peace, your not alone, tinnitus sucks and is impossible to explain to non tinnitus sufferers, reading other peoples comments has given me some empathy too, as bad as it may sound it's nice to read that others are going through similar issues and it's not just me going mad.
So where do we go from hear? (pun intended) This is just masking temporarily after all, I'd be interested to hear what others are doing to overcome tinnitus? This whole ignoring it is not working for me at all, it's ruining my concentration and calm all day everyday, every bit of happiness I express to others is very temporary and fleeting but it does make me cherish the moments of happiness that distract me away from this overwhelming noise, you know the real belly laugh moments.
I'm personally following various tinnitus massage routines daily by motivationaldoc which are helping quite a bit and need to look into some of the supplements he recommends, very early stage stuff having only just accepted ignoring is not working. What are you doing and what's worked so far?

I've had tinnitus since June 2021, and wanted to share my experiences. And thank you Tinnitus Relief Sounds for making this! I'll use this sound to see if it does anything.
I had an ear infection summer 2021 and then I noticed the ringing sound in my right ear. High pitched sounds, heart beat sounds and hearing loss. I also hear swooshing sounds. At this point I've learned to live with it.
I've been watching videos to see if anyone else was experiencing the same thing (because no one in my life has it or understands the hearing loss that comes with it.) I do suspect that watching people in my life pass away during my school years, people not being so nice, and people doing cruel things just to see me react may have an indirect connection, but I can't prove it.
My tinnitus might be from my body taking on too much in life. I was and still am considered the strong one, none of my friends checked in on me. You won't see me going whoa it's me, playing victim or bringing attention to myself. But I do think my tinnitus is connected to not getting the proper support that I've could have used at different points in my life. (Off record I'm not looking or begging for support from the people in my life anymore. I just watch these videos to try and help myself.)
To my fellow tinnitus family in the comment section, you got this.
Please look into the chin tuck exercises and posture, you will be surprised how much it will help! My husband recently did them and he has seen much improvement and difference and it should go away as you keep on doing them. Wishing you the best!

Thank God for whoever created this it really does work. It’s not a cure for tinnitus, but it will take it away for a Little while and then reduce the sound. I’ve only tried it for five minutes and it’s made a difference. I will definitely be listening to this several times a day and before I go to sleep. Thank you so much for sharing this sound music.

😊 I doubt we wil ever meet face to face but I just want to say you are amazing. I've had tinnitus in my left ear for years after slamming hard surfing. Ultimately I've just learned to hear something continuously. Educational books, sometimes music, but never silence. I've gained a lot from that acceptance. Do religion, science, talk radio, philosophy, audio books, whatever. Constructive noise. Distract yourself from the distraction. Overnight self programming repetition. Sleeptronic self programming. Like that.

I suffer with tinnitus that is very severe really at the age of 18y and trying to tone it out is hard when my mind is suddenly decides to focus purely on it. Which hurts my ears, thanks to this music I can at least have something that actually sounds like music AND helps it stop. Diese herrlichen Melodien entspannt mich sehr und der von mir so gehaßte Tinnitus ist seeehr viel leiser geworden,dabei wende ich die Musiktherapie nicht so regelmäßig an. Amazing. The roaring in my ears has faded and i attribute it all to this music. Thankfully I usually only get the roar at night sometimes though if I'm really stressed, I'll get it during the day.
I've tried a lot of tinnitus relief sound that's on youtube, but this is the only one that could actually let me hear silence after turning off the music. even if it only last a few minutes. I'm so grateful. thank you.

After severe cold & ear blockage, I have been having tinnitus for over a week. This music (10 minutes) gave me the relief that I needed. I need to check to see if I could get permanent relief.

This sounds like a musical version of tinnitus. I think everyone has the tendency to have tinnitus. It only increases when you are over stressed and starting to have a medical problem. God is teaching us to put our trust in Him. Not into our own abilities nor other people to comfort us. Thanks for sharing this temporary relief. My tinnitus comes and goes away. Learning to accept heals the broken spirit and body.

I usually listen to crickets while I sleep. I'm not a fan of music, but I added this to the crickets, and it worked rather well. I don't like the musical aspect, but I love the variety of high-pitched sounds. Thank you so much.

This cleared my high pitched tinnitus. Funny thing though is that i now hear a deeper tinnitus i usually never hear probably because the high pitched tinnitus overlaps. 😂
