I did IER from 15-18th December, 2020 under the guidance of Ishangas and supported by Isha Volunteers at Nalanda Cottages.

No, they are different.
- Inner Engineering Completion is 2-day in-person training for 'Shambhavi Kriya' available to those who have completed the Inner Engineering Online (all 7 videos).
- Inner Engineering Retreat (also known as Inner Engineering Total) is a 4-day, in-person program that combines the tools from the Inner Engineering Online and training for 'Shambhavi Kriya'

At Isha Yoga Center, food, accomodation everything is provided, that is the reason for that fee difference.
Just type Isha programs with your city name and you will be able to find a program near you. 🙏
