Can anyone tell me wether the inner engineering programme conducted in local cities without sadhguru physical presence are equally effective as the ones in which he is present.. because I have seen him clapping and chanting shiva while initiating people how it works in the same manner without his physical presence?? Plzz do reply someone..😂
The main instructor has been trained by sadhguru directly. The main instructor we had in Denver was very much so like sadhguru in a way. While doing the practice however...they play audio of sadhguru doing his lil whistle and clap so honestly for me it felt like he was there. Once you get taught the sequence and do it...the main instructor and volunteers help correct postures. The experience will be what you make of it tho...hope that helps!

I have few doubts .. I have hyperthyroid and I feel hunger quickly than others. So can u suggest if IE is for me? As in some other review of IE they said that prior to four hours of the program.. there shouldn’t be any eating. Please let me know .. as it’s a major health issue for me. I tend to shiver if I don’t eat within regular intervals. I already registered and now I’m tensed. Reply soon. Please. Thank u.

You can eat light snack like 2 biscuits or a fruit 2.5 hours before the program and also have lime juice. Also just tell this to the Inner Engineering teacher. They will help you. Don’t worry akka. Beautiful things will happen to you

i have a herinated disc L4,L5...is it possible for me to attend the program?Does it involve yoga and stressing of body in different posture? I am advised to skip certain posture to avoid further injury...so is it possible for me to still attend the program without further hurting my disc further..?
Sameer Sewa Its not very physical at all. But it would be better you confirm with the local volunteer at your area. They will talk with the teacher and let you know exactly what can be done.
I have personally seen how a 80 year old lady come and attend it and eventhough I felt she was not able to do much of the process, her life was transformed by just being there.
So its my personal suggestion that you be there. But thats just my opinion. Please do what you feel is best for you.

If you can understand Sadhgurus English then you can do it. Yesterday I actually met a person who had attended Inner engineering in 2005 with Sadhguru. He didn’t know English but still it worked for him. If you are willing then nothing can stop you 😇🙏🏾

Thanks Anna. I have one query what happens with me that I do all course e.g Sudarshan kriya from art of living but after few days it becomes me to continue practice at home what I have learned bcz of profession as I am gynecologist that also female my life style is stressful and not having timetable so it becomes difficult for me to follow a routine schedule for doing all these kriyas so henceforth I have decided better not to do & concentrate only on work ( karma therapy)

The book will give you an insight but not the experience. You must go and attend the IE programme to actually make it worthwhile.
The book will make more sense to you after you attend the programme.

The rings which I have received are beautiful however 1 is too big another is too small for my finger. Is it Ok modify them as per our finger's size? As these rings are eneregized will there be any changes in its energy content? Please advise if possible 🙏

Its the same program wherever it is conducted. If you have a local center nearby definitely do it from there as it will be cheaper option for you
