and just by those youtube videos.. my life is getting seriously better..though I havent attended the program yet.. I haven't experienced at the level you did..
but life seems to be a lot more clear.. I can consciously see how my mind is reacting in certain situations... and then things are so much easy to handle.. I realized that all the sorrow and misery is nothing but an over-reaction of our mind I can Clearly see a huge difference in my life and in me reacting to circumstances before & Now!

â@@hareeshguruguntla hello buddy! I haven't yet attended it actually.. but I'm doing upayoga(+ yoga namaskar,nadi shuddhi,nada yoga) & isha kriya since a month now!
and it has really made a huge difference.. in my body, mind & emotions! I even focus on my breathe throughout the day saying "I'm not the body , I'm not even the mind" (as described in isha kriya).
please watch the isha kriya & upayoga tutorial carefully and start.. you will be amazed! all you need is consistency!
Life just flipped 180degree for me.
After shambhavi practice I am happy without any reason..
Compulsion To choice
Bondage To freedom
Disorganized To organised
Exclusiveness To inclusiveness.
Disease To Ease
Love To compassion
So on and so forth...
Life just explode with in me and it still continues..

Did you go to India to learn those practices? or you've learnt that online? or what was your way? Im currently going through Inner engineering online. And the only thing is i've slept through half of second lecture and I don't know if there were practical things shared that I should do :/

Like I felt deeply moved in some way, not joy really, but more like the feeling you have after you watch some deeply meaningful movie.
I have been practicing for 6 months now.

Hey.. I did it too this month. Things tat has changed in me is, I don't take stress when things don't work my way. I m lot more calmer, my posture has changed. I was depressed n lost.. I m not going to say now I have changed completely. No.. But yes, I think I deal it in a better way or don't give much importance as it really doesn't matter. I take things as it comes. And one day at a time.. So it's worth a try for sure..

hey i initiated this kriya today in Ahmedabad IE course.. i am not physically active person.. i want to know.. did it hurt you to sit in that asana.. and after how many days your were able to sit comfortably in ardh sidhasana.. after how many days you felt like.. now you are doing this correctly

Jan 20 completed My inner engineering and now am in 42 days manadala, every day practicing Shambavi...it's amazing.... day by day am changing my friends telling that i have changed the way, am specking and i lost weight as well....many things happening can't explain also..and I wish to all human beings of this world have to experience this...

And as you said, when I got this call i felt very unhappy. So I feel you. Also I was thinking about going for monts, but I live in Germany and due to money and work issues at the moment I am not able to go anywhere.
